disinvesting in public health, not guaranteeing the recovery of
inflation for workers in the public sector, still postponing the
solution of pension provision, definitively canceling the citizen's
income, while guaranteeing further tax relief for freelancers,
managerial classes, public and private employers.

The particular fury against the
weakest part of society is visible
from the choices made, starting from the Decree
Work from last May 1st
precisely in exceeding the income of
citizenship.
In fact, apart from the new tool for
social inclusion, which in any case
cannot exceed 500 euros per month,
usable for no more than two and a half years
and in the presence of minors or disabled people
over 60 years old and, in greed
italic that distinguishes this one
government structure, this institute will be
accessible only to Italian or European citizens
resident in Italy for at least five years
years, of which the last two were in fashion
continuous. The other measure that will replace the
citizen's income is called "support
for training and work".
This will be intended for people among

In the past, in 2019, the citizen's income
had been financed with 5.9 billion,
by establishing a spending limit of
7.3 billion per year starting from 2022.
With the budget law for 2022, the
Draghi government had then increased the
resources available to the income of
citizenship, bringing them to over 8.3 billion euros.

Net of the differences between the two
measures, the new proposed measures
from the Meloni government will result
therefore a saving of around a billion
euros per year for the coffers
of the State, in exchange for economic aid
smaller and more stringent rules
to select the beneficiaries of the subsidy.

What is needed today is an initiative
clear, strong, coherent.
One must not decline a vastness of
general and generic problems, in
part also shareable, together with
other proposals and objectives that go in the opposite direction.

You cannot ask for public healthcare
and continue to support in all contracts,
including that of workers
public, corporate welfare thus sponsoring private healthcare and reducing
funding for the universalistic one. Just as you cannot request the
resolution of the brutal wound to his
open time on pensions, if aside
of the confederal trade union leaders, no
begins a profound self-critical discussion on complementary pension
funds which, linked as they are to the financial system, guarantee lower
returns than the traditional severance pay (TFR

overall class unity, necessary to overturn the balance of power between
social classes.
It is this incontrovertible truth that
lessons need to be taught.
- Proceed with mobilization and
struggle;
- build a platform with a few e
precise priority objectives;
- ask for substantial generalized salary increases;
- make a clear and explicit request for a reduction in working hours a

of job placement.
