initial refusal to recognize the CNT as a valid negotiating partner. But
the perseverance and mutual support that workers have shown each other
and that they have received from other unions as well as different
political organizations and individual workers, have borne fruit.

Finally, at the beginning of this week negotiations began that
culminated in the agreement signed yesterday. This includes numerous
improvements in the currently established working conditions, including
category promotions, new non-absorbable bonuses, an increase in the
night shift bonus, guarantees of stability in employment and
improvements in rights and guarantees for the CNT Union Section. At CNT
we trust that the company's management will keep the channels of
dialogue open, which have allowed us to reach a very satisfactory
agreement and restore trust and fluid communication between the parties.
This will undoubtedly result, not only in avoiding similar situations in
the future, but also in improving the productivity and good climate of
the workforce.

CNT has been able to sustain 19 days of indefinite strike by more than
60 workers thanks to its Resistance Fund, which helps members in
struggle resist the loss of wages during the strike. Likewise, CNT would
like to thank all the people, organizations and groups who have shown
solidarity with the striking staff, as well as the people who have
contributed their small help to the Resistance Fund.
