Through earthquakes, wildfires, and war – together, we did SO MUCH for animals. |
It was a new landscape for Network for Animals as we entered 2023 without our founder and heroic leader, Brian Davies. A lifetime champion for animals, his death deeply saddened us – as it did you – but it also strengthened your resolve to fight, in his memory, for the animals he loved so much. |
Your compassion for animals in the direst of need is the reason we’re writing to you today. |
We know that people who abuse, neglect and exploit animals do not take a break over the holiday season as animal warriors, neither do we. This holiday season, you can rest assured that WE will not stop rescuing, treating, and transforming animals’ lives, every hour of every day. |
Your gift these holidays will fund round-the-clock efforts to end animals' suffering. |
Thousands of animals owe their lives to your steady support through 2023. With your continued kindness today, we can carry on our work through the holiday season and beyond – reaching helpless, grateful animals like: |
- The galgos of Spain – greyhounds bred to hunt and subjected to the most horrific abuses when no longer “useful”. Treated merely as tools of a horror sport, your support helped us rescue, care for and shelter galgos in Spain, including 32 confiscated from a nightmare breeding facility in Cordoba. Your compassion was their ray of light in a bleak world.
- The animals of Turkey – when a 7.8-magnitude earthquake destroyed parts of the country in February – and when 90 more aftershocks followed. Your support kept us on the ground, helping rescue injured and displaced dogs, cats, puppies, birds and even pregnant cows. Your generosity also ensured that, months later, we could rush to the sides of animals trapped, wounded and displaced when a terrifying 6.8-magnitude earthquake rocked areas southwest of Marrakech in Morocco.
- Dogs and cats displaced by the Israel-Gaza war – during the chaos and terror of war, animals are often the forgotten victims – but we are ALWAYS there, thanks to you. Your unwavering support allowed us to rush critical aid to cats, dogs, donkeys and other animals as bombs dropped and their homes and families were destroyed. You were a glimmer of hope in the darkest of times.

Animal abusers do not take the holidays off! So, as you wind down for a well-deserved break, we are ramping up our efforts to reach more animals in more parts of the world. You can count on us to be there for every four-legged soul we can reach, but we can only do it with your continued support. |
Your gift will help us reach animals right now, and will ensure we hit the ground running in 2024. |

In loving memory of NFA’s founder, Brian Davies, we encourage you to continue his legacy and donate today, to help save the lives of thousands. Credit: NFA |

In the spirit of giving, please consider all the abandoned, unwanted and abused little souls who would give anything for a full belly, a loving touch instead of a leg-buckling blow, and a warm place to sleep. You can change their destinies this holiday season, so please – donate whatever you possibly can right now, and help ensure we can continue our work for animals into 2024. |

For the animals,
Gloria Davies (and Max and Flora!) CEO and Founder Network for Animals |

P.S: Did you know that you can set up a recurring monthly donation via credit card in any amount you choose? By doing this, your support will always be available for the animals you care about so deeply - during crises, disasters and war, your regular support will ensure that we are ALWAYS ready to race into action for the animals. Whether you donate once or on a recurring basis, the animals will be ETERNALLY grateful - so please, give the gift of a second chance this holiday season. |
