processes using as tools the conversations, film cycles, library
openings, development of political-cultural activities that make
possible the construction of a strong and massive student movement that
faces the market education.

Likewise, education workers have also mobilized, especially teachers.
The demands of the sector are long-standing, but currently, the
precariousness of public education, which welcomes the vast majority of
children and young people from the popular sectors, and the disastrous
actions of parasitic leaders who do nothing, gain special emphasis. to
improve this situation. On the other hand, it is urgent that teachers
stop thinking about the professional union and start thinking about the
educational community, that is, advance in the construction of
organizations that bring together education workers as a whole and
initiate an honest dialogue with the student body, only in this way will
progress be made in the demanding framework and in the necessary
improvement of the current educational project, community management
being a tool for this.

For this reason, we want to mention the mobilization of high schools and
public schools in the Atacama region, where the strike has been going on
for more than 50 days and is led by teachers, assistants, parents and
students, who are demonstrating against the problems of infrastructure,
resources and corruption that afflict various educational facilities.
The government is completely immobile in the face of the crisis of the
Local Public Education Services and has not proposed any solution, which
has been a breeding ground for, for example, the mining companies of

catastrophically impacting human and non-human life in the sector. This
project, thanks to popular mobilization, was bogged down since 2013 and
by 2020 it was virtually paralyzed, however, now progressivism seeks to
revive it, constituting a great threat to our territories.

These situations impose on us the urgent task of strengthening the
popular organization and not abandoning the street protest. Only the
struggle will allow us to resist the setbacks that the ruling class
promotes, whether from the government or the Constitutional Council.
That is why in the face of the restoration process, now led by the
extreme right, we declare our total disaffection and make a massive call
to annul or abstain from forced suffrage. The project of the extreme
right cannot be defeated with a vote, it cannot be overcome by another
constitution, it cannot be destroyed with institutional or electoral
shortcuts, the only possible path is the organization and constant
mobilization of the oppressed.

Let us remember that October 2019, the social revolt showed us that we
have the necessary strength to shake the conservative, reactionary,
social democratic and liberal agendas, let us remember that the revolt
not only paralyzed the bourgeoisie, but also its projects of subjection
and looting, such like the signing of the TPP-11. Despite this, our
inability to provide objectives and projection to the revolt was
decisive for reformist opportunism to impose the institutional path and,
after the pact of the party of order, that November 15, we knew that the
class struggle had been displaced by the insipid electoral dispute, full
of tricks and setbacks, which today has our class seriously
disorganized, disillusioned and entangled with fascist discourses.

Finally, we bet again on combat. If Kast and his Pinochet party want to
annihilate the right to abortion, we will respond with struggle and
networks that guarantee, from below, the freedom and autonomy of people
with the capacity to gestate. If Boric intends to deepen extractivism,
we will respond with struggle and organizations willing to defend our
territories. If the Constitutional Council seeks to free the
genocidaires of Punta Peuco, we will respond with struggle and popular
justice. If the Government continues to criminalize social protest, we
will respond with struggle and self-defense. If Congress insists on
imprisoning residents, students and weichafes for the development of
occupations, we will respond with struggle, solidarity and we will
