not. Solidarity from more and more people, and the need to do so, is
necessary. Faced with the decline of a system in agony, people are
mobilizing. Although it receives very little media attention, it is

solidarity action which took place in a school where parents of
students, of which I am one, decided to act to help these homeless
families, and threatened by an obligation to leave French territory
following a prefectural decision.
First of all, some offered nothing more or less than sharing their home,
others to support them in their administrative procedures.
A breakfast was also organized to show their support. Many parents
responded to this call.

This is how around forty parents of students, with clothes for families
in distress, cakes, drinks, were able to share a moment of conviviality.

In a world full of distress, solidarity warms the heart and that has
nothing to do with charity. These homeless people are also parents of
children at this school: they all deserve a roof and a cozy bed. And
that doesn't matter, their origins.
To all parents present, we can only welcome this reaction, because it is
the path towards a fairer and more egalitarian world, which renews
social bonds through solidarity support.
