The Israeli state has been practicing ferocious apartheid against thePalestinian populations for decades and cyclically bombs the Gaza Stripwith unspeakable massacres of defenseless civilians, destruction andenvironmental disasters. These bombings, which have been continuing fora month and a half with incredible violence, are making an area where2.2 million human beings live unlivable. Gaza is reduced to a largeextermination camp for children (almost half of the inhabitants) andadults: without water, without electricity, without food and withoutcare. The deaths are no longer counted. When we say genocide it is notan exaggeration!It is supported by both Europe and the USA which seek to moderate theimpetuosity of the Israeli state only for the purpose of "containing"the massacre within the limits functional to their own interests. WhileNetanyahu's projects envisage the exodus of the inhabitants of Gazatowards the Sinai desert, Biden's projects envisage the transformationof Gaza into a "Palestinian reserve" with "international" militaryoccupation, i.e. controlled by the USA itself. And, although marginal,the role of the Italian government cannot be silenced: after DeputyMinister Cirielli had proposed to block - right now! - humanitarian aidto Gaza, the Italian Navy has sent two of its ships off the coast ofGaza in support of the US naval deployment, already present there insupport of Israel. Moreover, Italian governments, both right and left,have always collaborated militarily with the state of Israel.We do not consider the military action of Hamas on 7 October whichmassacred hundreds of innocent Israeli and non-Israeli civilians as"resistance". We consider Hamas (and its allied religious groups such asIslamic Jihad) for what it is: a reactionary, feudal force, which in itsstatute defined the French and Russian revolutions as Jewishconspiracies. A force that has the support of some of the mostreactionary states in the world: from the petro-monarchy of Qatar, tothe Iran of the Ayatollahs who torture women without veils, to Erdogan'sTurkey which massacres the Kurdish people and tries to suffocate therevolutionary experience of Rojava. On the other hand, the Netanyahugovernment uses the threat of Hamas to fuel a perverse and destructivespiral, functional to its colonization and ethnic cleansing plans in thePalestinian territories.We stand alongside the Palestinian populations, for theirself-determination, with an internationalist, libertarian and federalistvision, against all walls, barbed wires and borders between peoples andhuman beings!We support all forms of direct Palestinian popular struggle, having asan example, among others, the struggle which for over a decade has seenvillages in the West Bank mobilize daily with hundreds of young Israelirebels at their side!We support and consider the dissent that occurs in Israel to be veryimportant and we are very attentive to what is happening in Israelisociety. We support and consider the blockades of Israeli goodsimplemented by the porters of Genoa, Barcelona, Sydney and Belgium to beimportant. We consider the pro-Palestinian mobilizations of Jews in theUSA to be of great value. We are active for the maximum possibleexpansion of the area of solidarity with the Palestinian populations.The proposal for a new Palestinian state (with more than smalldimensions and leopard patches separated from each other), if apparentlyit seems like a step forward in the liberation of an oppressed andexploited people, is in reality a new cage that will strengthen thefeelings nationalists by losing awareness of class interests and theimportance of the social struggle against dominators and exploiters ofall kinds.
