the real situation of the workers. The package of reforms proposed by
the DNU and the omnibus law highlights the place that the current
government intends for the different social sectors to occupy, to
achieve greater market freedom, for the benefit of the business class,
which intends to expand its horizons and profits at the cost of
intensifying labor exploitation and the loss of our purchasing power.
Increasing oppression and repression of those who work and organize to
defend what the working class has been supporting in recent times. The
State as an instrument of the powerful does not exist to grant the
social rights of the exploited. Therefore, the defense of social rights
for economic, political, and cultural well-being remains solely in the
hands of the exploited, the workers, and our scene of struggle in
defense and stopping what they intend to impose on us: the streets, the
jobs. and its organization.

The State does not grant anything, the working class earns its flags,
and the working class, fighting together and resisting, retains those
social flags, the fight for those rights is an exercise to achieve
emancipation from this economic reality. Milei, the current president,
is the example of the most grotesque and rancid bourgeois desire to
create a gendarme State without a head, but with sticks and weapons. In
reality, there was never a paradigm shift between previous governments
and the current one, leading us to a society with a very high percentage
of poverty. The government intends to criminalize protests so that there
is minimal resistance in its social disciplining process. This is the
moment where we urgently need to rebuild workers' organizations in which
we can make decisions to combat all the evils imposed, and carry out a
transformation towards new horizons that determine a more just life. We
request dissemination on networks with the slogan "no to the DNU and the
anti-worker laws in Argentina" and some slogan appealing to
international solidarity, accompanied by the hashtags #ABAJOELDNU,
#ABAJOLEYOMNIBUS, #QUESEVAYANTODXS.
