the 20th and 21st, the second session of the 1st Congress of the OSL
"Juan Carlos Mechoso" - in honor of the historic militant of the

brought together delegations of the organization's cores, operating in
different Brazilian regions. ---- After the first session, which laid
the foundations of the OSL and launched our organization, on July 8 and
