Dear friends,
It's been a month since Russia declared the "international public LGBT+ movement" as extremist, leading to immediate and alarming consequences. People are facing fines, detentions, and even imprisonment for supporting LGBT+ rights (or even just wearing frog-shaped earrings that had a rainbow).
This isn't just about Russia. It could embolden anti-LGBT+ movements worldwide and undermine democratic values everywhere.
We need a global response. On Saturday, March 16, during the Russian presidential elections, All Out members around the world will protest against the criminalization of the LGBT+ community in Russia.
We're calling on you to join us. By coming together in protest and holding Global Speak Outs from São Paulo to Bangkok on the same day, we'll make headlines around the world while pushing for greater asylum options for queer Russians seeking refuge.
Would you consider organizing a Speak Out event in your city? Here's how you can get involved.
| Yes | No |
We'll support you every step of the way. Whether it's outside a Russian embassy or a local government building, coming together will send a message of much-needed solidarity to LGBT+ people in Russia.
Thanks for going All Out!

P.S. More than 48,000 All Out members have signed the petition started by Sphere Foundation asking for safe passage for queer Russians. Help us get to 50,000 before the Global Speak Out on March 16. Sign here.
