For this reason, we don't even trust the term "development", which has
only meant exacerbating the underdevelopment and territorial marginality
of the South and developing the capital of national and multinational
companies and channeling southern resources towards the rich regions of
the Center and North.

differentiated autonomy means for the southern regions, and for Sicily
which already boasts an autonomy built for the use and consumption of
Christian Democratic and political clientelism and colonialism. northern

The autonomy of the rich is almost a fait accompli; arises from that

ourselves to noting how the Meloni government has just modified the
decentralized SEZs by constituting a single SEZ for the whole of
Southern Italy, carrying out an act of mere political centralization
under the aegis of the prime minister's office. , aimed at controlling
the disbursement of funds in the various territories. An act consistent
with the totalitarian vocation of the fascist-League coalition, as well
