He Stomped on His Dog's Face Until It Was Bleeding and Near Death Sign Now    Dear friends, A man in North Carolina has been arrested for stomping on and kicking a dog's head and face. Luckily, someone called authorities after they heard the dog's anguish and pain. When authorities arrived, they found the dog bleeding, bruised, and with head trauma. The pup was one of seven dogs that the man kept at home with him. We don't know how many of these dogs had been abused, or how often. What experts have made clear, though, is that this animal was lucky to have survived the brutal attack. In fact, if no one had intervened, they say it's almost certain that the dog would have died. According to reports, approximately 10 million animals in the U.S. die each year from abuse and cruelty — and that's only counting the cases that we're aware of. We have to protect animals from known abusers!
