A "special" Hungarian court continues its work of harassment and cruelty
towards an avowed anti-fascist.
The state and the Hungarian government imprison who
opposes Nazism and fascism that have now become
a constant presence on the political scene
European and non-European.
It is widely known that Victor Orban's government makes no secret of its
reactionary ideas. Associate of the fascist Meloni, head of the Italian
Government, who not surprisingly does nothing to free Ilaria from
Hungarian prisons.
The President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella even had to expose
himself, expressing closeness to the prisoner's family in response to a
letter from her father, so as not to bring the shame of fascism onto
Italy too.
Certainly the Republic founded on the resistance has very little that is
democratic to teach avowedly fascist governments, when it allows
prisoners to die in its prisons and detains Alfredo Cospito under 41
bis. Or when it participates in wars such as in Ukraine or in the
massacre of Palestinian civilians, with the sale of weapons and military
technologies.
In recent months a movement has developed for the liberation of Ilaria
Salis. The date of April 25th, beyond opportunism and false frontism
seasoned in electoral sauce, can be a further moment to reiterate
Ilaria's liberation, reaffirming that Fascism is not discussed but
destroyed.
