Expenses are increasing, and the situation is becoming critical.

In association with AFA (Animals Frst Aid) our compassionate partner "Un Cœur sur Pattes Association", embodies hope amidst despair. Every day, the shelter undertakes a lifesaving mission to rescue animals who have fallen victim to the harsh realities of their environment. These animals, mistreated and abandoned, rely solely on the kindness of strangers to survive.

The streets of Tunisia are stained with the blood of countless dogs, poisoned cats, and injured animals left to suffer in agony. Among them are the disabled, whose pain knows no bounds.

Additionally, the shelter faces high veterinary costs and have to pay their vet. The shelter does not have much support and the financial reserves are gradually running out. Virginie, the founder and president of our partnering association sold all her belongings in her home country, and this shelter was financed entirely with her own funds. Expenses are increasing, and the situation is becoming critical for team working 15 hours a day, 7 days a week with very little help, and countless emergencies, especially at the moment, are increasing considerably.

Currently, the shelter is facing a dire shortage of resources. The shelter can only afford to provide one meal a day to the dogs, and their stock of dry food, macaroni, and couscous has run out. Additionally, there is a pressing need for blankets, as they must be changed daily due to the unsanitary conditions caused by the sheer number of animals in their care. One of the disabled dogs, Pacha, requires special attention as he frequently relieves himself on the blankets, necessitating constant cleaning and replacement.
