Help End the Torture of Millions of Turkeys in the U.S.      Sign Now      Dear friends,   While for many Americans, Thanksgiving is a time of joy surrounded by loved ones, the Turkeys raised for this holiday quite literally experience a life of horror and pain. However, this doesn't need to be the standard. With the popularity of Thanksgiving, the American poultry industry has developed industry practices that prioritize profit over animal welfare. These turkeys have become genetically manipulated to grow abnormally fast and live their entire lives in agony.    Sign the petition to demand the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) ban the artificial growth of turkeys and commit to improving animal welfare!    Imagine being forced to support a body too large for your legs, every step causing excruciating pain.
