Share Tweet Forward Share Dear friends, Officials have warned that new strong winds will fan the wildfires still raging in Los Angeles, which is devastating news for wild animals. Rescuers are being overwhelmed by the number of wild bird and animal victims and these animals badly need your help. Owls, opossums, coyotes, bobcats, rabbits and mountain lions all need immediate emergency care. Our partner, Wetlands and Wildlife Care Center of Orange County (WWCC), is taking in as many as it can, but it needs help. The animals arrive in terrible conditions, and as the fires continue to rage, more are pouring in all the time.
