À la communauté internationale, aux gouvernements, aux organisations humanitaires et à toutes les consciences vivantes,
Nous sommes face à une véritable crise humanitaire causée par des politiques migratoires complexes, notamment le règlement de Dublin, qui oblige les réfugiés à rester dans des pays où ils ne peuvent pas s’établir. Beaucoup d’entre eux errent d’un pays à l’autre, perdant des années précieuses dans l’incertitude et l’instabilité.
En France, malgré les opportunités qu’elle offre aux réfugiés, un problème majeur demeure : l’absence de centres d’hébergement temporaires pour les nouveaux arrivants en attente de leur titre de séjour. Cette situation les expose à des conditions extrêmement difficiles, notamment les jeunes et les mineurs, qui ne savent pas comment faire face au froid glacial, aux différences culturelles et aux lois inconnues, sans aucun accompagnement ni soutien.
Je suis Walid Dafallah Moussa Idriss, et j’ai perdu mon frère Adnan Dafallah Moussa alors qu’il tentait de traverser la Manche pour rejoindre le Royaume-Uni. Son rêve était de s’installer en France, mais il s’est retrouvé sans abri, souffrant du froid et de l’isolement, ce qui l’a poussé à risquer sa vie. Son histoire n’est malheureusement pas unique, de nombreux réfugiés affrontent le même destin en raison de politiques qui ne prennent pas en compte leur humanité.
Ces réfugiés ne quittent pas leur pays par choix, mais par nécessité. Leur migration vers l’Occident n’est pas un luxe, mais une quête de dignité, de liberté et de sécurité. Chaque être humain a le droit de chercher une vie meilleure.
C’est pourquoi nous appelons la France, qui est devenue une terre d’accueil pour de nombreux réfugiés, à prendre en compte leurs besoins fondamentaux, que ce soit à travers le gouvernement ou avec l’aide des organisations humanitaires. Nous sommes conscients des lois migratoires en place, mais la réalité tragique exige des mesures humanitaires exceptionnelles, car la dignité humaine doit toujours primer sur toute législation.
Cet appel s’adresse à tous les États et organisations afin qu’ils œuvrent pour alléger la souffrance des réfugiés et garantir leur sécurité, car l’humanité ne doit jamais être sacrifiée au nom des lois et des politiques.

نحن أمام معاناة إنسانية حقيقية يعيشها اللاجئون بسبب سياسات الهجرة المعقدة، خاصة بصمة دبلن، التي تجبرهم على البقاء في دول لا يستطيعون الاستقرار فيها. كثير من اللاجئين يجدون أنفسهم يتنقلون بين الدول، هائمين دون مأوى، مضيعين سنوات من أعمارهم في البحث عن فرصة للاستقرار
في فرنسا، ورغم الميزات التي توفرها للاجئين، إلا أن هناك مشكلة كبيرة تتمثل في غياب مراكز إيواء مؤقتة تجمع اللاجئين الجدد حتى حصولهم على الإقامة. هذا الوضع يجعلهم يواجهون صعوبات قاسية، خاصة الأطفال والشباب، الذين لا يعرفون كيف يتصرفون وسط برد قارس وثقافة جديدة وقوانين غير مألوفة دون أي توجيه أو دعم
أنا وليد دفع الله موسى إدريس، فقدت أخي عدنان دفع الله موسى أثناء محاولته عبور بحر المانش إلى بريطانيا. كان حلمه الاستقرار في فرنسا، لكنه وجد نفسه بلا مأوى، يعاني من البرد والضياع، مما دفعه للمخاطرة بحياته. قصته ليست الوحيدة، فكثير من اللاجئين يواجهون المصير ذاته بسبب السياسات التي لا تضع إنسانيتهم في الاعتبار
إن خروج هؤلاء اللاجئين من أوطانهم لم يكن خيارًا، بل كان نتيجة لظروف قاهرة. وهجرتهم إلى الدول الغربية ليست بدافع الرفاهية، بل بحثًا عن حياة كريمة، في دول توفر الحرية والعدالة والاحترام. ومن حق الإنسان أن يسعى إلى الأفضل.
لذلك، نناشد فرنسا، التي أصبحت قبلة للاجئين، أن تراعي هذه الاحتياجات الإنسانية الأساسية، سواء من خلال الحكومة أو بدعم المنظمات الإنسانية. نعلم أن هناك قوانين للهجرة، لكن الواقع المأساوي يستدعي استثناءات إنسانية، لأن الكرامة الإنسانية يجب أن تعلو فوق أي تشريعات
هذا نداء لكل الدول والمنظمات للعمل على تقليل معاناة اللاجئين، وضمان سلامتهم وأمنهم، لأن الإنسانية لا يجب أن تضيع بين القوانين والسياسات

A Call to Humanity

To the international community, governments, humanitarian organisations and all living consciences,
We are facing a real humanitarian crisis caused by complex migration policies, in particular the Dublin Regulation, which forces refugees to remain in countries where they cannot settle. Many of them wander from one country to another, losing precious years in uncertainty and instability.
In France, despite the opportunities it offers to refugees, a major problem remains: the lack of temporary accommodation centres for new arrivals awaiting their residence permits. This situation exposes them to extremely difficult conditions, especially young people and minors, who do not know how to cope with the freezing cold, cultural differences and unfamiliar laws, without any guidance or support.
I am Walid Dafallah Moussa Idriss, and I lost my brother Adnan Dafallah Moussa while he was trying to cross the English Channel to reach the United Kingdom. His dream was to settle in France, but he found himself homeless, suffering from the cold and isolation, which pushed him to risk his life. Unfortunately, his story is not unique; many refugees face the same fate due to policies that do not take their humanity into account.
These refugees do not leave their countries by choice, but out of necessity. Their migration to the West is not a luxury, but a quest for dignity, freedom and security. Every human being has the right to seek a better life.
This is why we call on France, which has become a welcoming land for many refugees, to take into account their basic needs, whether through the government or with the help of humanitarian organisations. We are aware of the migration laws in place, but the tragic reality demands exceptional humanitarian measures, because human dignity must always take precedence over any legislation.
This appeal is addressed to all States and organisations to work to alleviate the suffering of refugees and guarantee their safety, because humanity must never be sacrificed in the name of laws and policies.
