No law prevents fascism, only militant anti-fascism and the spread of
libertarian and anti-hierarchical practices from below can do so.
But let's get to the fascists of Forza Nuova: a local newspaper reports
detailed statements from their national secretary, who among other
things states that Forza Nuova is an anti-system party, which is also
against the government of Meloni & co. And maybe there will even be

Let's get one thing straight: fascism, since it was born, has always
been functional to the social order composed of church, state and
capital. It is no coincidence that the Farinacci and Balbo gangs
massacred workers and burned cooperatives on behalf of the landowners,
and did the dirty work to repress strikes.
Which is also happening today where workers' struggles are toughest,
such as in textiles and logistics, from the factories of Prato to the
warehouses of Piacenza, the gangs arrive to beat up those on strike and
try to disperse the pickets. Without forgetting the confessional,
militaristic and chauvinist positions proudly carried forward by this
"anti-system" group, the same as the Meloni government.
Fascism has always been an ally of capital, racism, patriarchy and
authoritarianism. Fascism, in any form, is the enemy of those who work,
the enemy of the weakest, the enemy of individual and collective freedoms.
Opposing fascism and all forms of state and capitalist authoritarianism
is a duty, in Reggio as elsewhere fascism is not discussed, it is fought.
