Dear friends,   In a horrifying case of animal cruelty, a 32-year-old man was sentenced to jail for abusing and killing five cats over a period of 1 year and 8 months. His actions included throwing cats from high-rise buildings, suffocating them in bags, and even stomping on their necks to kill them. Sadly, this seems to have been a disturbing pattern that must be addressed. To protect future animals and provide him with the support he needs, he must be banned from ever owning animals again and undergo mandatory counseling.   Sign the petition to demand a lifetime ban on animal ownership and mandatory psychological counseling for this man.   While the man has received psychiatric help, his actions indicate a need for continued intervention to prevent future abuse. It is clear that he is struggling with deep emotional distress, but this cannot be used as an excuse for his violent behavior toward animals.
