They say that somewhere in the beyond, in another dimension, there is a
den called "Trash Bar-Restaurant of History". This was how the firstnews about the arrival of new customers to this fetid sty began,
published in Libera #54, in November 1995. At that time, we announced
the arrival of Plínio Correa de Oliveira, founder of the
fascist-Catholic organization TFP (Tradition, Family and Property) and
of the reporter and congressman Amaral Netto, a great ass-kisser and
collaborator of the military dictatorship. For decades, Libera announced
the arrival of countless scoundrels to the vile establishment, such as
sociopathic dictators, repressors of the people, heinous fascists,
corrupt perverts and scoundrels of all kinds. This time, the arrival was
threefold! The administration of the "Trash Can of History" had to
increase the stock of snacks and drinks for the delight of the sordid
scum. In less than a month, none other than Antônio Delfim Netto, Silvio
Santos and Alberto Fujimori showed up there!
On August 12, former minister of the dictatorship Antônio Delfim Netto
triumphantly entered the Trash Can of History, and immediately went to a
table where the generals Costa e Silva, Garrastazu Médici and Lira
Tavares were eagerly waiting for him. Delfim Netto was one of the
signatories of the infamous Institutional Act No. 5 (AI-5) on December
13, 1968, and was also Minister of Economy, Agriculture and Planning in
the military government between 1967 and 1978. During his reign in the
Brazilian economy, as a "super minister", he became known for the hefty
20% commissions he received on state business, which made him very rich,
along with the "Delfim boys", his staff of young unscrupulous
economists. During the General Geisel government (1974-79), Delfim was
"exiled" to Paris as Brazil's ambassador, accused of receiving bribes in
loan negotiations with French banks. He is credited with saying "You
have to make the cake grow before you divide it up". Obviously, the
"cake" was not divided up, and the poorest became even poorer and the
richest much richer. He was also a federal deputy between 1987 and 2003,
always for right-wing parties, and ended his career as a prestigious
collaborator of PT governments, receiving extensive praise from Lula
after his death. On September 17, the calm of the vast hall of Lixo da
História was broken by the thunderous jingle "Silvio Santos vem aí, lá
lá lá lá laiá". The well-known presenter and businessman entered the
room with open arms and a histrionic smile, handing out Baú da
Felicidade vouchers to dumbfounded African genocidal dictators at a
nearby table. Silvio Santos was a close collaborator of the military
dictatorship, as was his competitor Roberto Marinho, and benefited
enormously from this support during the hardest years of that period. In
1972, he was granted a generous favor by the government of Mato Grosso
when he purchased 70 thousand hectares of land in the Araguaia region
under very favorable conditions. SBT (Sistema Brasileiro de Televisão)
was created in 1981 from SS's relationship with the then Minister of
Aeronautics in the Figueiredo government, Brigadier Délio Jardim de
Matos, his former colleague at the Paratrooper School. "Figueiredo gave
me the television", said SS in 2018. In the Bolsonaro government, in
exchange for funds for SBT, SS gave full support to the Genocidal and
his "family", having even resumed in 2020 the ridiculous program "A
Semana do Presidente", created during the dictatorship, solely to
flatter those in power. SS was the target of several accusations of
racism, censorship, corruption, machismo and sexism throughout his long
career on the surface of the planet, and in the Trash of History we are
certain that he will feel at home with his new "coworkers". And to close
this small procession of new clients, the former Peruvian president
Alberto Fujimori, who was dismissed from his earthly existence on
September 11th due to a very just tongue cancer, finally showed up at
the Trash Can of History. As soon as he arrived, he tried to sit at the
table of the South American dictators, but was not allowed to because he
was not a member of the military. He was saved by Emperor Hirohito, who
invited him to the table of the Japanese genocidal dictators of World
War II. Fujimori was president of Peru between 1990 and 2000 and, after
two years in office, he promoted a self-coup with the unrestricted
support of the Armed Forces, having closed Congress and the Supreme
Court, and began to govern by decree. During his government, more than
200,000 poor women in the Andean region were forcibly sterilized, and
numerous massacres were carried out against political opponents,
peasants and civilians, such as those in Barrios Altos (15 dead), Santa
(9 dead) and La Cantuta (9 dead), committed by the paramilitary group
Colina, composed mainly of soldiers from the Peruvian Army. For these
crimes against humanity, the degenerate was sentenced to 25 years in
prison, of which he served 16. He faced several accusations and trials
for embezzlement, bribery, illicit enrichment, ideological falsehood and
as the mastermind behind kidnappings, torture and murders, in other
words, a record totally suitable for a VIP client of the Trash of
