Dear friends ,

Our partner in Ukraine – one of the few teams saving animal lives during this horrific war – has just been dealt another blow after their animal ambulance was once again attacked by enemy drones.

This is the same ambulance our supporters helped us purchase last year, after their previous vehicle was completely destroyed by Russian forces.

Countless animals are suffering on the frontlines. Without a vehicle, there’s nothing our team can do to save them.

While on a mission to rescue abandoned dogs in Pokrovsk, a drone targeted the ambulance. Luckily, the enemy was unable to get a direct hit – but the missile exploded just meters away and still caused serious damage.

The animals are safe. The team is safe. But shrapnel hit the ambulance, destroying the gearbox and puncturing the gas tank, leaving it immobilized. Until we can repair this crucial vehicle, we cannot continue rescue missions to save animals from the war zone.

Russian invaders are shooting abandoned dogs on sight.
Every delay puts more animal lives at risk.

We are the only hope for so many animals abandoned as their owners flee the fighting. By some estimates, there are fewer than a dozen people in all of Ukraine doing what our team does – risking their lives in active combat zones to rescue the voiceless animals left to suffer amongst the violence.

Our team does it knowing they could be attacked at any minute. But still they venture into the fray because, like you and I, they care about animals and want to save them from suffering. Truly, our team lives their lives in deadly danger because they love animals.

As I wrote this, I saw on the news that the Russians rained missiles on Kharkiv, killing 82 people. I contacted our partner team immediately; they told me the missiles just missed our HQ!

Our team will not give up. We promised to be there for the animals of Ukraine and we will keep that promise

Together, we can give these disabled dogs the gift of mobility – and a reason to wag their tails.

Your donation today will:

✅ Help repair the lifesaving animal ambulance you helped us buy

✅ Cover fuel and supplies for rescue missions into war-torn areas

✅ Support one of the few rescue teams still saving animals in Ukraine

Without us, the dogs and cats abandoned on the frontline don’t stand a chance.
Please, if you can, donate generously today. Help us stay mobile. Help us keep saving lives – before it’s too late.

For the animals,

P.S. Our team is one of the few rescuing abandoned dogs on the frontline. Our animal ambulance has been hit in a drone strike. Please, help us get back on the road so we can continue saving animals from this devastating war.
