Under the blistering sun, donkeys pull heavy loads of water, minerals, and firewood on empty stomachs. Nearby, stray dogs wander in search of food, suffering silently from untreated wounds and diseases. Thanks to your compassion through Animals First Aid, TAHUCHA (Tanzania Humane Charity) has been able to bring relief and kindness to these forgotten animals. Through the two grants provided this year, TAHUCHA treated 213 working donkeys, vaccinated 420 community dogs against rabies, and reached entire villages with animal welfare education.
