Salut à Toots ! La dinde est prête ? Un peu de jazz avant de la farcir n’a jamais fait de mal ! Pascal Mohy revient animer la dernière édition de Pump Up The Jam en 2025 : de beaux standards avec le pianiste liégeois pour lancer les joutes musicales. Jeudi et dimanche, notre groupe maison invite Andrew Bolton pour chanter et swinguer sur des chants de Noël ! Un mini big band, un crooner et du vin chaud : tout ce qu’il faut en cette période. Double set jeudi à 21h. Dimanche : un set à 16h, un set à 18h et double sets à 20h. Jeudi également, en première partie de soirée, la talentueuse Adinda Hertmans chantera des standards en compagnie de Joachim Caffonnette. Vendredi, ambiance de feu garantie avec l’entertainer le plus déjanté d’Europe : Sam Ghezzi et son Blues Band viennent mettre le feu, suivi d’une late jam menée par le swing jubilatoire de Mathieu De Wit. Samedi, un talent à découvrir d’urgence : le pianiste taïwanais Jerry Kuan, qui a impressionné lors de nos jam sessions, offrira deux sets en trio avec Umberto Odone et Basile Rahola. Pour l’apéro, Igor Gehenot et Géraud Portal joueront quelques standards, et la soirée se clôturera en compagnie du guitariste Lior Tzemach. Dimanche, donc, pas de Nostalgia In Grand-Place, mais bien trois concerts de Noël ! Et notez que nous serons fermés les 24 et 25 décembre, mais de retour entre Noël et Nouvel An. Groeten uit Toots! Een beetje jazz vóór het vullen kan nooit kwaad! Pascal Mohy keert terug om de laatste editie van Pump Up The Jam van 2025 te openen, met prachtige standards van de Luikse pianist om de muzikale strijd op gang te trekken. Op donderdag en zondag verwelkomt onze huisband Andrew Bolton, die kerstklassiekers zal zingen en swingen! Een mini bigband, een crooner en glühwein — alles wat je nodig hebt in deze tijd van het jaar. Dubbele set op donderdag om 21u. Op zondag: een set om 16u, een om 18u en dubbele sets om 20u. Donderdag vroeg op de avond zal de getalenteerde Adinda Hertmans standards zingen samen met Joachim Caffonnette. Vrijdag wordt een avond vol vuur met Europa’s meest heerlijke gekke entertainer: Sam Ghezzi en zijn Blues Band komen de tent in brand steken, gevolgd door een late jam onder leiding van het uitbundige swinggevoel van Mathieu De Wit. Zaterdag maak je kennis met een talent dat je absoluut moet ontdekken: de Taiwanese pianist Jerry Kuan, die indruk maakte tijdens onze jamsessies, speelt twee triosets met Umberto Odone en Basile Rahola. Voor het aperitief brengen Igor Gehenot en Géraud Portal enkele standards, en de avond eindigt met gitarist Lior Tzemach. Zondag dus geen Nostalgia In Grand-Place, maar wel drie kerstconcerten! En noteer dat we gesloten zijn op 24 en 25 december, maar weer open zijn tussen Kerst en Nieuwjaar. Hi from Toots! Is the turkey ready? On Thursday and Sunday, our house band welcomes Andrew Bolton to sing and swing through Christmas classics! A mini big band, a crooner and mulled wine — everything you need for the season. Double set on Thursday at 9 PM. On Sunday: one set at 4 PM, one at 6 PM, and double sets at 8 PM. Also on Thursday, in the early evening, the talented Adinda Hertmans will sing standards alongside Joachim Caffonnette. On Friday, expect a fiery night with Europe’s most delightfully unhinged entertainer: Sam Ghezzi and his Blues Band are coming to set the room ablaze, followed by a late jam led by the jubilant swing of Mathieu De Wit. On Saturday, discover an extraordinary talent you don’t want to miss: Taiwanese pianist Jerry Kuan, who impressed everyone at our jam sessions, will perform two trio sets with Umberto Odone and Basile Rahola. For the apéro, Igor Gehenot and Géraud Portal will play a few standards, and the night will end with guitarist Lior Tzemach. On Sunday, no Nostalgia In Grand-Place, but three Christmas concerts! And please note that we’ll be closed on December 24 & 25, but back open between Christmas and New Year.
