On Monday, December 15, the postponed trial (three-member Misdemeanors) of those arrested during the December 6 demonstration in Athens, for the 17th anniversary of the state assassination of Alexandros Grigoropoulos and the social uprising of December '08, was set. The arrested are facing a number of misdemeanors, more specifically: disturbing the peace, resistance, disobedience, refusal to submit to fingerprinting, insults, illegal possession of a weapon, violence against employees, attempted serious bodily harm and aggravated assault.
