Every single day, Simran cares for more than 70 stray dogs, along with cats and cows - feeding them, arranging medical treatment, and protecting them in dangerous roadside areas where compassion is scarce and survival is never guaranteed. India is facing one of the largest street animal welfare crises in the world. MILLIONS of animals endure hunger, injury, disease, and cruelty.   For many, survival comes down to one thing: whether someone chooses to help. Simran is that person. She works to sterilize, preventing more lives from being born into hardship.
