As a reminder, October 21, 2010, as part of the intensification of the fight against the 
destruction of pensions, collective inter against pension reform, has decided to partially

denial of justice, Giorgos and his supporters have decided to call this jugement.En fact 
it was an arrest / conviction among thousands of others during this p?riode.Depuis years 
the state organizes the restriction our freedoms and seeks those who resist passing laws:

prevention of crime, LOPSSI 2. Before cettesurench?re laws criminalizing social movements, 
it was necessary to organize the face of repression and defend our freedoms.

January 21, 2013 at 13:30 in the court of the Court of Appeal, more than a hundred people, 
representatives of organizations and individuals have come Giorgos support and show their 
opposition to the criminalization of social movements and the bid security .

Like every time a movement grows or changes in its practices and radical struggle, the 
state and its media relays invent new categories of thugs to divide those who fight 
designating good and bad militants . It was unfortunately used to these attempts to 
manipulate public opinion. But this time, the judge who sentenced Giorgos in September, he 
was sentenced by anarchist persuaded he said, he would again. This is called the crime of 
opinion. This is the anarchist who is condemned for his ideas and what is more the 
anarchist who is enrolled in social struggles. In fact, it can only strengthen our 
enrollment in social movements and emphasize our determination. We fight to defend class 
interests and to disseminate control practices and different organization, self-management 
which involves solidarity, equality and decisions taken at the base, without leaders. 
These practices were never many echoes in the combative social movements and that they can 
not interfere with the state which by definition will always defend the interests of the 
dominant. In a time when states and patterns are hand in hand to pay for their crisis 
peoples, we reaffirm more than ever the need to break with capitalism and the state and 
participate in the resistance struggles affirming the need for a self-management and 
social emancipatory project.

This Monday, February 18, 2013 was made the judgment on the appeal from the judgment of 
our companion. Giorgos was relaxed and we welcome even if we do not recognize the concept 
of "guilty" and "innocent" as they are dictated by the bourgeois justice system. The 
release of our companion shows the struggle and mobilization pay. We believe it is always 
legitimate to strike and engage in actions such as the movement against the case of 
pensions, almost 3 years ago.

We reiterate our determination to mobilize social movements; far logics we call to resist 
victimization against repression and to refuse personal data collection including personal
