Slovenia has long been a good student of liberalism. She now removes negative growth of 2.3% and severe austerity policies. Deeply corrupt political class is the main target of revolts that have shaken the country since December. ---- Same reason, the same punishment: a country that meets the ultra-liberal political class orders markets, and a fragile economic structure make Slovenia one more victim of the long series of aust?ritaires country. Completely new, massive protests rocked the country and gave Slovenes a first taste of the radical opposition. ---- Everything starts in mid-November, when the exasperation against corruption Mayor of Maribor (second largest city) reached its climax and puts people in the street, shouting GOTOF I (it is finished)! The challenge wins throughout the country in three weeks what are some 70,000 people in 18 cities, denouncing liberals disenchanted tomorrows unemployment, insecurity, human rights violations, public service degraded and privatized future clogged. Spontaneity and creativity The first surprise is the Slovenian themselves. In the words of the Federation of Anarchist organizations (FAO) Slovenia: "The movement is decentralized, anti-authoritarian and non-hierarchical. People who had never set foot in the street involved, even in the villages ... [...] We do not know how long we can stand in the street. But what is certain is that people experience the process of emancipation and won a speech that had been torn by violence in the past. Nobody can take them. ' Creativity, solidarity, spontaneity and animate these movements where no charismatic leader comes out of the lot so far, to recover the movement. However, a certain naivete exists among some protesters December, criticizing the "rioters" call for collaboration with the police, with no prospect structuring. It is against this risk that FAO is awareness. Its release [ 1 ], both explicit and encouraging explains the mechanisms of brutal capitalism, describing the progress made ??by the force of indignation. " If we want the revolt turns into a social movement, on the basis of requests, concrete goals and visions, we need to articulate those already in the movement and achieve a form of organization that makes possible this process. " Decentralization, direct democracy, override political parties, and self-management are of course the basis on which the movement will continue. And there is hope that will not be extinguished. Socialist Bohut Pahor elected in December (67% of the votes) will become President, while the current Prime Minister (center right) is accused of corruption and speaks of resignation. The street was right, and we expect that 2013 will be hot in Slovenia! Cuervo (AL Northwest Suburbs) [ 1 ] Available www.anarkismo.net
