(en) Brazil, DECLARATION OF THE FOURTH MEETING NORTHEAST OF ORGANIZATIONS Anarchists Especifists (pt)

From 14 to 16 November we held the fourth meeting of the Northeast Anarchist 
Organizations Especifists. This time we also had the presence of Anarchist Collective 
Ademir Fernando ( CAAF ) in Bahia and northern region, the Center Cabana Anarchist 
Resistance ( NARC ). The meeting was marked by the celebration of the 5 years of the 
Libertarian Resistance Organization ( DSB ) and showed the confluence of the analyzes 
performed by 6 organizations present policies regarding the recent period of social 
struggles in Brazil and its future appointments. ---- It is worth mentioning our immense 
joy and political progress must remember the comrades from the north, who resumed his post 
in the fight - because it comes from an earlier generation especifista anarchism. Resumes 
work in a rich gathering of generations fraternally associated with the sincere and 
militant anarchist spirit cherished principles established in our tradition, as are mutual 
support, solidarity and independence of classes, direct action, self-management, among 
many others in nurse to continue the struggle for libertarian socialism.

Our internationalism, however, does not make us stop to reflect on the ground we walk on. 
Saving appropriate historical differences, the North and Northeast regions hold many 
similarities from the origin of Brazilian invasion, which should be exploited to the

archaic structure that maintains high levels of illiteracy and school scrapping, young

This rich regional and generational meeting enabled us to better understand that " June 
was not started in June " : the journeys of popular struggles have come a long time ! We 
do not believe in the words so widespread that the giant awoke, because the periphery has 
never slept : it must always be alert to continue resisting terrorisms state, incessantly 
! Claiming that the people agreed would be a denial of historical battles and countless 
daily gifts in Brazil (and all over the world because internationalist!) From north to 
south. Are indigenous struggles, maroon, women, dxs obreirxs, dxs desempregadxs, dxs 
homeless, landless, between outrxs oprimidxs that mix, meet, suffer and resist every kind 
of being the peripheries of centralizing powers.

Even so, the majority tendency of manufactured public opinion lies in forgetting our 
ancestor fight against domination. Recent example of this combativeness are invisibly 
sectors ( because some are brittle) of native peoples in the north of the country in 
confronting the forces of capital that only establish predatory relationships, leading 
them to the limit, the collective suicide. The statements of this self-destruction, and 
many are growing increasingly anchored, for example, in a logic that neodesenvolvimentista 
home with identities emerging countries aspiring "sit at the table" calls superpowers, 
feeding back the cycles of global domination. The BRICS ( Brazil, Russia, India, China and 
South Africa ) is an expression of these groupings of interests of transnational capital 
in their quest for power in order to face the strongest states so far.

There are several actions in support of local and regional scope of this current landscape 
of globalized capitalism. The Growth Acceleration Program ( PAC ) is only a small part on 
a national scale than in South America is being called the Initiative for Integration of 
Regional Infrastructure in South America (IIRSA). This initiative can be considered a new 
Alliance for Free Trade of the Americas (FTAA), but much more cunning and efficient, since

pressures in urban space, materializing the policies of social hygiene and

In fields and cities, the predatory forces of capital expands. The Belo Monte (on the

Amid the FIFA Confederations Cup in "football country", an unexpected social stemmed

game ! Given the widespread repression and all manner of persecution suffered by fighting 
people, it was inevitable also wear the image of state and governments, both locally and 
internationally, at a time when Brazil launches campaign for strong abroad as panorama a 
large developing country, hosting many world events, like the World Cup and the Olympics.

In the course of struggles, we become more convencidxs that the way we fight will always 
be put to the test, because the historical process relentlessly judge the legitimacy of 
our presence, shoulder to shoulder with the class. The rejection of the political parties 
is an example : is the result of the lack of reference to these same organizations built. 
We anarchists can not be responsabilizadxs for it. This requires understanding the 
essential and profound self-criticism. However, we atacadxs several authoritarian forces 
of right and left, in their inability to even give answers and make functional in the 
process. Not entered in these quarrels. What we need is that our analysis can alert you to 
understand the different roles and possible tactics of struggle, and to identify social 
alliances and tools that increase the forces for the construction of Popular Power. It is 
necessary a lot of humility, cohesion, courage and willingness to learn the fight. Thus 
the class shakes the dominating power!

In this regard, we emphasize the importance of always thinking / acting with a view to the 
short, medium and long term. Here lies the debate about the Black Bloc tactic that has 
been mistakenly understood as a group, movement, etc.. It is a tool of struggle, it has 
limitations, but that should be at the service of popular resistance to the repressive 
state forces triggered when we break the mind control and do the crowds in the streets. Do 
not forget that the police and military apparatus of a status quo founded on the cunning 
logic of monopoly of "legitimate" violence by the state in " defense of society ", but who 
act against this same.

The 2014 shows up with strong indications that situation will get more radicalized since 
the World Cup will take place, will be an election year, there will be meeting of BRICS in

social struggles. Our fighting force must be greater than necessary to give lessons to the 
elites! We need more organization to win and set us in motion for a world without domination!
