What are our goals? ---- We are a radical and global revolution. We want to build a free 
society without classes or states, homelands or without borders whose goals are: ---- The 
empowerment of individuals, their release as autonomous beings, free choices, lucid, 
critical and responsible ---- The social, economic and political equality of all 
individuals (regardless of age, sex, color, ...) whose consequences are the end of social 
classes, divisions between "normal" and "deviant "; ---- Creative freedom, only real 
guarantee against standardization, as can be observed in Maoist China or in our consumer 
societies infantilizing mass; ---- Justice, which follows from the equality and freedom, 
these three principles are incompatible with the existence of both judicial police or 
military law enforcement institutions; a more just social organization must remove most of

The libertarian and continuing education for the fullest development of the individual and

Federation. Make possible the construction of a social order based on mutual aid, 
solidarity, based on absolute respect for the physical and moral integrity of the 
individual, this is the ideal that animates us and we wish to share with more for a better 
world.

What are our means:

Promoting anarchist ideas and updating to raise awareness among the oppressed (s) and 
operated (s) (press table, bookstores, publishing, radio, conferences ...);

More credible of these ideas by implementing libertarian practices;

The presence in social movements (strikes, demonstrations ...);

Struggles putting into perspective a credible alternative to capitalism on a world scale;

concrete and tangible translation of our revolutionary outlook with claims out with the 
current logic.

What is our operation:

The Anarchist Federation is an organization of militant (s) held (e) on the principle of 
federalism free (ie free association) which guarantees to groups and individuals who 
compose the greater autonomy to allow pluralism of ideas and actions, as part of a 
voluntary pact that we call our "basic principles". The FA is our tool of struggle, it 
must be functional and rational, indeed we reject any organizational fetishism.

No hierarchy so no heads home. It is tou-te-s activists that belongs to advance their 
organization. We do not recognize the director / performer split, the effective 
participation of activists collective organizational structures is an ethical principle 
and solidarity. These federal structures are: The Weekly World Libertarian, Libertarian 
Radio, only in Paris for the moment, the Publico bookstore in Paris and also the editions 
of the Libertarian World. Apart from these federal work groups also have local (mostly 
libraries), edit journals, leading their own activities at local level.

A coordination committee (CR) exists to coordinate information, suggestions, proposals may 
be submitted by a group of a region or an individual, without any right of those who 
compose that that of any other militant submit proposals, suggestions, information.

A number of secretariats role is to ensure the proper functioning of the Federation and 
its work. Secretaries have no political power, or they are delegated to carry out specific 
mandates and are individually accountable to Congress, sovereign body of the Federation. 
An internal newsletter serves as a link "horizontal" tool and internal debate.

The congress is held every year, he decides to conduct campaigns and lines of action for 
the coming year. It is he who instructs all federal secretaries and other officials. Mode

consensus.

Between Congress and federal mandated delegates groups have the opportunity to meet to 
discuss social issues to consider new campaigns or discuss organizational issues that can 
not wait for the next Congress. These are the Expanded Relations Committee which meets 
three times per year.

The FA has no claim to be an enlightened vanguard, this vision of the policy is contrary 
to our principles. The FA does not claim to represent the entire anarchist movement,
