WEDNESDAY 21    SPECIAL FOCUS Quintessence Pauline Oreins (accordéon), Silvia Bazantova (violin), Jimmy Bonesso (piano), Thomas Engelen (cello), Maxime Charue (percussions) ...originality in different ways....the instrumentation reminds us of Piazzolla... creative reinterpretations of Erik Satie, Emmanuel Séjourné or  Igor Stravinsky.... a taste at the edge of classical music... explosive energy and healthy modernism... don’t be surprised to see the pianist and accordionist switch roles or the violinist  grabbing her microphone to show off an astonishing mezzo-soprano... a top original professional musicians group to (re)discover... THURSDAY 22           SOUL Sevensoulmotion ...a nine-piece collective cookin' up a spicy stew with funky and soulful ingredients.. .thriving vocals, sexy horns, all backed up by a steaming rhythm section...a set of  home-brewed songs...accompanied by tributes to one of the many heroes  out there....Sevensoulmotion will rock the dance floor...! TICKET  : Member 16€ Non Member 18€ SATURDAY 24          A TRIBUTE TO THE JAZZ STANDARDS Toine Thys Quartet  Toine Thys (tenor saxophone), Quentin Liégeois (guitar), Cédric Raymond (bass),  Matthias de Waele (drums) ...just back from an Asian tour, top Belgian saxophone player Toine Thys comes  to the Music Village for a special evening ”100% Jazz standards”... with wonderful  guitar virtuoso Quentin Liégeois...a brilliant demonstration of the use modern  jazzmen make of the famous everlasting melodic and harmonic jazz repertoire....
