On March 24, we participated in the anti-nationalist demonstration in Lódz. Over one
hundred people appeared at the demonstration, who shouted their opposition to racism and
xenophobia. Attention was also paid to the connection of nationalism with the capitalist
system. ---- At the end of the protest, we invited everyone to participate in the
anti-nationalist demonstration organized on April 21 at the Polish-German border (prepared
in opposition to the neo-fascist convention organized on the anniversary of Hitler's birth
near Goerlitz - more details this topic will appear soon). Together, let's sweep away
nationalism from our streets!
Solidarity with our weapons!

The sluggish trade union slump in Belgium after several years of social defeats has been
shaken this winter. The good news came from the atomized and algorithmically controlled
precariat: deliverers and delivery men of Deliveroo. ---- The comrades of the Collective
of Courters and Couriers have led a remarkable movement in several points of view. The
spark that set the plain on fire is a coup by Deliveroo. The company has announced the
abandonment of the hourly payment in favor of payment for the race and that by January 31,
2018, all of its couriers and couriers should have adopted the status of independent (the
Belgian equivalent of the French statute of "entrepreneur-entrepreneur") instead of the
status of entrepreneur-employee that many had chosen by joining the company SMart. The
latter was not perfect but allowed access to certain social rights: unemployment, insurance.

At the announcement of this change, in late November, the Collective of Courters and
Couriers had demanded that those who wished could retain their former status, and the
management had been willing to accept a negotiation. It was in fact a cynical tactic,
whose sole purpose was to gain time until the fateful date of January 31, when everyone
would be forced to bend or leave.

The epicenter in Brussels
A first strike broke out on January 8th when the couriers and couriers received the first
results of the negotiations. The movement proved extremely confrontational from the first
day, with a spontaneous radicalism in the actions, such as the expropriation of orders or
a night attack against the seat of Deliveroo. This antagonism has not weakened an inch for
a month, with strikes accompanied by sabotage and even occupation of the siege for several
days. A strike fund allowed the strikers to finance their actions and receive compensation
for lost days. The movement has gained several cities, even if Brussels remains the
epicenter, and crosses several borders. National borders to start, with several visits of
couriers and couriers from France and the Netherlands who came into battle at the same
time. But also company boundaries, because several times Uber couriers and couriers joined
those of Deliveroo. Unfortunately, despite the stamina of the strikers, the cash reserves
and the dead-line of January 31 allowed Deliveroo to hold.

But this is only the beginning. Some of the couriers and couriers decided to reorient
their work by opening their own cooperative. However, they are well aware that the
Deliveroo model, which underpays its workers, must be accompanied by a continuation of the
struggle within Deliveroo. This is where revolutionaries can make a difference. There are
only three words to remember: organization, organization and organization.

On March 24 at noon, at the monument of Stary Marych on ul.Pólwiejska in Poznan, a dozen
or so people took part in a solidarity picket with Kurdish and Kurds and other ethnic
minorities of the region. Currently, the situation of Kurds living in the north-western
region of Syria - the Afrin region is extremely dramatic. The offensive of Turkish troops
is taking place, which, disregarding the fate of the civilian population, is conducting a
regular war with the Kurds. ---- Until recently, Kurds and Kurds were the only ones who
effectively resisted the activities of Da'esh fighters (the so-called Islamic State). It
is no secret that at that time Turkey, claiming that it was also fighting Da'esh, actually
cooperated with the fundamentalists, buying oil from them, or providing shelter and help
to wounded fighters. It all happened while the Turkish army closed the border with
refugees and volunteers trying to support the Kurds in an unequal battle against Da'esh.
At present, the Erdogan regime is carrying out military operations with impunity against
both Kurds and representatives of other ethnic minorities who have sought shelter in the
Afrin area. International opinion, even if it is outraged by the actions of Turkey in the
region, does nothing to stop them.

Precisely because the participants gathered at the picket tried to recall aloud the
tragedy that is happening in front of our eyes in Afrin. The protestors stressed that in
the region, although it is in constant danger of military action, important
socio-political activities have been carried out for years. Kurds are trying to build a
community based on direct democracies, respecting the rights of women and ethnic
minorities, which probably further exposes them to the anger of such authoritarian
politicians as Turkish president Erdogan. It was also tried to indicate how important it
is to help and provide support to refugees who are trying to find shelter in Europe. There
is a regular war in Afrin, and it is our duty to help anyone who escapes her cruelty.

During the picket the slogans "Solidarity international", "The world debates, Turkey
murders" "Erdogan terrorist". Passers-out were distributed leaflets and the latest issue
of the anarchist street newspaper A-tak, which contained a lot of information about the
situation in Afrin. Similar pickets were also held in other cities in Poland and around
the world as part of the World Solidarity Day with Afrin.

Below is the content of the leaflet distributed on a picket:

Kurds and Kurdish are not alone. Gele Kurd Ne Tene Ye!
Jointly against Turkey's terror and the EU's anti-migration policy!

In 2014, the whole world with bated breaths watched the heroic defense of the city of
Kobane in Syria against the so-called Islamic State. Thanks to the dedication of militants
and Kurdish militants, there was no crime that the Islamic fundamentalists had previously
done in Jazyda, murdering men, and women kidnapping as sex slaves. At the cost of
significant sacrifices, it was possible not only to defend the city, but also to gain the
capital of the self-proclaimed caliphate in Raqqa.

On liberated areas, in the so-called Rozy, a unique social system is introduced, based on
gender equality, direct democracy in the place of residence and work, and respect for the
rights of religious and ethnic minorities. Its existence is now threatened by the Turkish
regime of President Edgana, who first made an armed attack on the region and the city of
Afrin, and now threatens to attack the rest of Rožava.

Afrin, located in northwestern Syria, has been an oasis of peace in a seven-year bloody
civil war. Thousands of people fled there, among others from the leveled Aleppo. Today,
they are victims of ethnic cleansing carried out by our "ally" with NATO. What you did not
manage to Islamic in Kobane was achieved by the hands of the Turkish army and supporters
of religious fanatics supporting it. President Erdogan in his statements from the
beginning made it clear that the aim is to change the ethnic structure of the region.
Today it is a fact. Several hundred thousand people had to flee from their homes. Those
who remain are interrogated from the knowledge of the Koran and forced to participate in
humiliating celebrations for a part of the "liberators". Afrin's tragedy is part of a long
list of Turkish crimes - the historical genocide of the Armenians and Greeks and the
modern persecution of the Kurds, as well as the Turks who oppose the current power. I am
showing nothing to let the Erdogan regime stop there. He already announces further
invasion and crimes.

We can not allow it! Let's react to him too late!

By all means we need to put pressure not only on the Turkish authorities but also on
Polish and European authorities to intervene in this matter.

18th March, 2018 (election day in Russia) anarchists all over the world have become the
main force who expressed the protest against Putin's political machine. It was supporters
of direct self-management who stood up most active in russian election day. ---- A great
wave of actions of solidarity with arrested russian comrades who've been tortured by FSB
occured throughout many cities around all over the world. The geographical spread is
really amazing. ---- The cause of actions is a wave of repressions against anarchists in
Russia. In October and November several members of anarchist and antifasist movement have
been arrested in Penza and Saint-Petersburg. FSB has claimed them for creating a
"terrorist organization" and has fabricated absurd charges for "preparing the bombings"
based on their airsoft and survival trainings.

FSB tortured them with exposed electrical wires and stun guns (it was witnessed by Public
Monitoring Committee) and savage beating, thus securiy service obtained confessions from
most of arrestees. The ensuing actions of solidarity with comrades have caused new arrests
of anarchists and tortures by electricity in Moscow and Chelyabinsk. At the same time
several anarchists and left-wing activists have been arrested in Crimea.

In "election day" demonstrations and pickets were held near Russian embassies and
consulates in Helsinki, Berlin, Bern, Sydney, Prague, Barcelona, Asheville, Brno, Turku,
Hamburg, Greifswald and other cities. The next day there were also an action in Leipzig.
In Minsk and Brest (Belarus) anarchists hanged banners in public places. In Stockholm
activists put up pages from arrested Viktor Filinkov's diary on the way to polling station
in Russian embassy.

However, there have been some complications. In Hamburg a crowd of Putin supporters tried
to attack the picket.

The biggest action of solidarity was the picket near Russian embassy in Helsinki - there
were about 50 people. Altogether, hundreds of people took to the streets all over the world.

A letter of solidarity from internationalist figthers from Rojava is standing out. Despite
the difficult situation in the region, they took the time to express their solidarity
brightly with comrades from Russia.

The "election day" was not something special - it was just a duty event which is not
interesting to anyone and which can't change anything. 18th March became the day of
solidarity. The extensive demonstration of unity and support was landmark. So, that day we
remember as a day of anarchist resistance. Anarchism is an international movement and
comrades from other countries support each other in their common fight.
