Dear friends,
All Out only exists because of people like you.
Every signature on a petition, every donation, every share on social media – each of these small actions help us build a global movement for equality and have a real impact on the lives of LGBT+ people around the world.
Here are some of the amazing things YOU made happen in the past few months:
In 37 out of the 53 Commonwealth countries, it's a crime to be gay. In most, it's because of old British colonial laws.
Earlier this week, leaders of every Commonwealth country came to London for a meeting... so we decided to send them a message they couldn't ignore.
The next day, UK Prime Minister Theresa May said she "deeply regrets" the UK's role in spreading anti-gay laws around the world – an important milestone in the fight against these laws.
This month marks one year since the horrifying news broke that authorities in Chechnya were kidnapping and torturing men suspected of being gay or bisexual. To date, NOTHING has been done to hold Chechnya accountable for these atrocities.
Rasan is one of the very few groups in Iraq that works on LGBT+ issues. They made history in early 2017 by painting pro-equality murals on public walls around the city of Sulaimanyah.
Thanks to more than 1,200 All Out members who chipped in last month, they'll now be able to paint new murals, helping change hearts and minds in one of the most challenging countries for LGBT+ people in the world.

We've done A LOT together, Luc. But we need to be ready for the battles that lie ahead.
Thanks for going All Out,
Matt and the rest of the All Out team.
