Calling all dedicated antifascists! Whether you are a new or experienced activist, the 
last few years have been challenging to those engaged in the fight against 
authoritarianism in its many forms. Right-wing extremism in the Netherlands is on the 
rise, as can be seen especially in the recent elections. The Hannie Schaft Congres is an 
opportunity for activists to connect, learn and share tactics and experiences with one 
another. It is also a space to reflect critically on ourselves and our roles within the 
movement to work towards eliminating racism, sexism, homophobia, and transphobia that 
manifest in our communities. We'll hear from those engaged in feminist, queer, 
anti-racist, decolonial, and anti-authoritarian struggles and learn how to strengthen our 
fight against the right in a way that is resilient, caring, and powerful.

Translations to German, English and Dutch will be possible at the congress, through an 
earpiece with simultaneous translations.

regional governor, under pressure from local employers, orders the paramilitary police to 
intervene to crush the movement. In response a general strike is declared, paralyzing the 
ports and wool production for export. The government backs w the landowners, and soldiers

Saturday 20th saw another #Extinction Rebellion rally take place in Dublin.  Our video 
shows as it marches to block O'Connell bridge. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cfAgcMDn3aE 
Several hundred people marched through Dublin this afternoon as part of Extinction 
Rebellion Ireland. They then moved to block the northbound lane of O'Connell bridge. This 
is in the context of the UN science report that says we only have until 2030 so that's now 
getting nearer to 11 than 12 years to reduce  greenhouse gas emissions enough to prevent a 
disastrous climate change of 2 degrees centigrade or higher. We are already seeing 
devastation in many parts of the world most recently in Mozambique and in Iran where 
unusual big weather events caused very heavy flooding.

In Mozambique in particular that's leading to serious food shortages both of these events 
have been connected with the climate change process by scientists.  The problem is we live 
in an economic system capitalism that's promised on continuous growth and in fact goes 
into crisis if that growth falls much below 3% a year.

3% doesn't sound very much but it basically means every 24 years production doubles and 
with the doubling of production the emission of greenhouse gases rises by a similar 
fraction.  That's why we're running out of time and we have to look at how we are going to 
manage to force change the sort of change at scale that's needed to prevent the continued 
emission and in fact increasing emission of greenhouse gases

pay what they owe and then the grandfather of Trèbes-les-Capucins ... ---- All this and 
many other things, it's a good story of a youth of the 80s who did not intend to follow 
the established order. A little on the margins of this society that they hated and that 
made them well. Unless it's the opposite ... 150 pages that read in one gulp: it reads 
quickly, life, emotion, revolt ...

This consisted of putting up posters and distributing introductory leaflets, with a range 
of messages. Responses to this were largely curious and we also received a couple of 
positive reactions.
While we are not reliant on posters these reactions show they are not a redundant form of 
communication in the age of the internet. We are likely to undertake such actions again.

We are already in the final process of organizing our Fourth Spring Day Libertarian of 
Havana, to be held in this city from May 4 to May 11, 2019, having as main headquarters 
the Social Center and Library Libertaria ABRA. ---- We insist on challenging the daily

many ministries, to widen spaces to our intimacies, to dispute land of despair and

"Active for Plymouth" is a new far-right group in Plymouth. They act like they're just a 
common-sense party run by ordinary people. They are anything but! Their leader is a 
conspiracy theorist, expelled from his last party for racism. Their secretary has put out 
hateful campaign material ranting against gypsies. And what's more, there are concerning 
links to Plymouth's extreme right. We're putting out the truth of what they're really 
about, so that no-one gets taken in by their election campaign this month.
Jason "tinfoil hat" Shopland ---- Jason Shopland has been trying to get elected for the 
past few years. Standing for UKIP in 2015, he went on to start "Plymouth Independents" the 
next year. The party only lasted a few months but still found time to kick out Shopland
