Join us at this march for inclusion and solidarity, for equality and respect. We stand
united against all forms of discrimination and oppression, as exemplified by the NSV! and
their racist and intolerant march. The NSV! has a disturbing history of racism and sexism
and is part of the rise of far-right politics in Belgium and around the world. This is why
we are organising a march on the same day, to show that we are in solidarity with all
those marginalised; the migrants and refugees, minorities, women, and LGBTQ+ community.
The far right festers on social problems and discontent. But they have no answers: not for
the wars, poverty or climate change, causing people to leave their homes and countries,
nor for the social wrongs such as unemployment, homelessness, low wages and low pensions.
Therefore, we march not only against discrimination, but also for a society providing in
the needs of the many, not the few.
This march is organized by many organizations and individuals. Despite our differences, we
come together in support of this common message of being undivided against racism.

In a statement on April 5, Castaner made NGO ships the accomplices of the smugglers.

CWS were at the annual May Day picnic in Glasgow. The event, which gets bigger and better
every year is the second year CWS have attended. The weather was a bit dull to begin with,
but it brightened up later on. ---- And thanks again to John and Stasia for helping to
organise the event and food, and to Carol and John for the brilliant soup and sandwiches.
They say there is no such thing as ‘free lunch', but it seems anarchists can enjoy a free
lunch! Nice to see fruit and vegan food on offer too. ---- The event went well, with the
Black and Red song club leading the way, and poetry/spoken word, with CWS's own Quirk
letting off some anarchist steam, (we will have the video up in the next few days.) ----
It's good - as a community, because we are a community of sorts to come together and
chill. It was also good to see some new faces as well as some friendly old one's.
And in the words of John from Spirit of Revolt: ‘The Green belongs to us, May Day belongs
to us, let's continue to bring the two together in a family fun celebration of solidarity
between the ordinary people of our city.'
