Dear friends, When rescuers found Rosita, the white mutt was in horrific shape. Someone had tortured her so badly that parts of her fur were simply peeling off of her, as though she were an orange. Rosita had been severely mutilated. In fact, she was actually skinned alive. And unfortunately she's not the only one. Recently, another dog in the area of Cordoba, Argentina — a three-month-old puppy named Chocolate — died after being tormented in the same way. Police must find whoever is hunting down and butchering these poor animals. Amazingly, Rosita has managed to survive and recover. She's shown so much resilience and determination to live that locals have nicknamed her "little warrior." But animal lovers are worried that the next canine won't be so lucky, and volunteers have begun taking in homeless dogs to protect them from the next maiming. We don't know yet who skinned poor Rosita and Chocolate the dogs alive, but we need to find out soon. Sign the petition to demand that authorities in Cordoba, Argentina find and prosecute the vicious culprits of these horrific attacks!
