Banks are nothing more than a mechanism, which, with the support of the state, makes the 
wealth of the largest part of the society plummeted and discharges. ---- Financial 
institutions take the money of deposits, pensions, state funds, reserves of the insurance 
funds, for example, and invest them, that is, convert them into loans. They borrow the 
same capital one, two, three, four, five ... countless times with a "respectable" interest 
rate. That is, they sell money, which is not theirs and usually does not actually exist, 
but it has been created by the banks themselves through promissory titles which they issue 
and which are in fact "air". At the same time, through the seizure of wages, pensions, 
houses, the social wealth is being wiped out. ---- So financial institutions are making 
huge profits for their wealthy or rather wealthy owners, always backing and supporting the 
state apparatus.

For all these reasons, and for so many others that we experience everyday under the 
condition of wage slavery, we will cry out loudly that we will not shed a tear on the 
treasuries of capital that have been through time and will continue to be the target of 
those who struggle against state and capitalist barbarism. It is precisely this condition 
of barbarism that preserves repressive mechanisms and bourgeois justice, institutions that 
defend the interests of the powerful.

The francophone Anarchist Federation gives its full support to Yannis Youlountas, cowardly 
attacked by a group of neo-Nazis overnight from Thursday to Friday, June 14-15, 2019, in 
Piraeus, Greece. Despite being out of danger, she had to spend the night in the hospital. 
---- Yannis seems to have been followed after leaving the Favela Free Social Center when 
the night had just fallen. He was wearing a T-shirt with the Favela logo he had just won. 
Fortunately, the attackers were fearful of the arrival of a group of people from the 
nearby train station. Next, Yannis was immediately taken to the hospital emergency room.

During the month of March, a young Cameroonian activist gave a series of conferences in 
France at the invitation of the association Survie. ---- Presentation: At the age of 32, 
Michèle Abé is one of those young Cameroonians who only knew the presidency of Paul Biya, 
who had been in power for more than four years when she was born. ---- Involved for ten 
years in the association Fondation Conseil Jeune, she is today the coordinator of a 
national network of youth organizations that she helped to structure, the Pijedeca, which 
opposes the status quo of Cameroonian gerontocracy through the mobilization and 
participation of young people around political, economic and social issues.
According to her, the youth is the main asset and hope for his country of which half of 
the population is under 18 years. Young people move, reinvent everyday work, employment, 
support new technologies, and dream of change.

On the other hand, Michèle Abé is much less positive about the political situation: in 
addition to the immobility and endemic corruption of the system in place since 
independence, Cameroon is currently engaged in two costly and deadly armed conflicts: on 
the one hand against Boko Haram North, and secondly in a civil war in the two 
English-speaking regions of Cameroon since October 2017.

More than 400,000 internally displaced, 30 to 40,000 refugees in neighboring Nigeria, 
villages looted and burned by the regular army ... with which France maintains its 
military cooperation.

In addition, Paul Biya was officially re-elected last October during a mock election; and 
the main opponent (Maurice Kamto) has been imprisoned since the end of January with more 
than 200 protesters contesting the results.

If a majority of Cameroonians no longer want the dictator in place, Michele Abé regrets 
that their mass mobilization is difficult because the population still carries legacy fear 
of the violence of the war of independence (France and its allies have tortured and 
massacred hundreds of thousands of people to keep control over the country), and that the 
failures of the latest mobilizations add to discouragement. In addition, Biya and his clan 
still benefit from outside support to the forefront of which is France, always alongside 
the power in place since independence.

But why did Michele come to France to tell all this, knowing the risks that this could 
imply on her return? "I firmly believe that it is our concerted efforts, you there and 
here, that will help ensure that one day beyond the alternation, the people will regain 
their true power and decide in their soul and conscience the how he envisions his 
relationship with the rest of the world."

Emmanuel Macron's campaign promise to create a universal national service has 
materialized. With the aim of uniting youth around common values and creating a "sense of 
national unity", this project is, according to the government, "the most powerful social 
reform in many years". ---- The 2000 pioneers and pioneers of this brand new "SNU" were 
selected and distributed yesterday all over France to test the program, and, of course, to 
promote it. Flag salute, Marseillaise, self-defense course, obstacle course and wearing 
the navy blue uniform will be on the agenda. ---- The ultimate goal is to summon more than 
800,000 16-year-old boys and girls every year for more than a month, with no possibility 
of reforming anyone.
The government has therefore decided, in a militarist, imperialist and virilist 
perspective, to abandon a youth at the hands of an army corps, or people from the lower 
classes are easily abused, especially if they do not have the good skin color, or do not 
do enough 'man'. All while invoking the myth of "social mixing" which in reality will not 
operate in the USS more than it does in military service.

This project is part of the security logic of recent years (state of emergency, violent 
repression of social movements etc.), and proves once again that the government is afraid 
of youth and seeks to domesticate it. Obviously, one of the objectives will be to improve 
the image of the army, and to identify the potential recruits for it. Mater revolts of 
young people and monitor the population are also objectives of this forced supervision.

Finally, this forced supervision is also part of the capitalist policy of destruction of 
social conquests led by the government, since it will cost 1.5 billion euros (amount that 
would fund more than 50 000 teaching positions and teachers), and that it also provides 
free labor or precarious, as well as the civic service, to associations that already 
palliate the shortcomings of the state, apart from any labor law. As such, the Libertarian 
Communist Union will show its full support to anyone who will make the decision to refuse 
this forced engagement whether by insubordination or desertion.

Youth, for years, is engaged in other struggles. It is fighting for a fairer educational 
system and is storming alongside the environmentalist climate movements.

She aspires to other futures than to a padlocked, locked, militarized society in which she
