Some Drunk Guy Broke Into a Zoo and Climbed On Top of a Giraffe So He Could Ride It. Catch This Man! Sign Now Dear friends, Giraffes are already going extinct, and fast. That should earn them our deepest respect, compassion, and care — but not everyone sees things that way. Take, for example, the drunken idiot who broke into a zoo in Kazakhstan so he could ride one of their captive giraffes. The man walked up to a giraffe enclosure, climbed a huge metal fence, and paused there for a moment to stroke one of the nearby animals. Then, suddenly, he scrambled over top of the fence and landed on the animal's back. At first, not realizing what was going on, the giraffe started to walk away — carrying this foolish human with it. Once the giraffe noticed it had a passenger, it spooked and dashed back toward the fence, where the frightened idiot quickly climbed off and back over the fence. Meanwhile, another visitor was filming the whole ordeal from beginning to end. The zoo's security was so lax that this man was able to do all this — and yet still managed to escape being caught. How is that possible? This incident also just proves something we already know to be true:zoos are neither safe nor healthy for wild animals. Forcing these creatures to live in captivity where they don't get a chance at a natural life and obviously are not actually being protected is unacceptable.
