The announcement by the European Commission on 10th September of the name of the Ministry
of Migration: "Protecting our European way of life" is more than worrying and is clearly
part of a strategy of sliding towards a far-right policy of this institution. ---- In
addition to the fact that this designation directly targets migrant people as harmful and
dangerous, it openly validates the theory of the "great replacement" broadly disseminated
by the extreme right and its objective allies of the conservative and liberal right. Even
if there was absolutely nothing to wait for the migration of the European Commission and
its future president, Ursula von der Leyen, this title marks a real changeover. Despite
the outcry from the left and the Social Democrats in the European Parliament, despite
denunciations from all sides and the approval of the far-right Hungarian leader Viktor
Orbán, Von der Leyen persists and stands on his stance.
The fantasy of a white and Christian Europe threatened by the "invaders" is not only
affirmed by the denomination of this ministry but also by its repressive and protectionist
policy towards migrants. To protect its way of life, the right-wing majority relies on the
state, internal security and strengthening borders. So many tools whose violence has
already occurred many times in the last 20 years and has been illustrated by tens of
thousands of drowning in the Mediterranean, inhuman detention camps, particularly in
Greece, and policies of virtual expulsion. of those who have managed to take refuge in Europe.
For us, this strategy opens the doors of power to the extreme right by accepting its
rhetoric and putting into practice its policy. As each time it feels cornered, the
bourgeoisie instrumentalise the misery to retain its power and inflected his speech more
and more to the right until it merges with that of the extreme right.
This policy of state racism and xenophobia announces the color: dikes are jumping on all
scales and institutions, whether local, national or international, are rushing into the
populist breach to maintain the illusion of control. While solidarity across the whole of
Europe against the survivors of imperialist, neo-colonial and economic wars is organized
as best they can, the ruling class is increasingly attacking those who struggle with their
wars. sides by brutally repressing them and criminalizing their support actions.
We fight these injustices and the violence of the state every day. We reject the terms of
the debate on migration imposed on us by a minority of bourgeois and racists, worried that
everywhere in the world, their unjust social order and their illusory power is limited to
a single thread. that capitalism disintegrates. We stand for the destruction of borders
and the international solidarity of the majority against oppression and oppression. We
have nothing to fear from difference and everything to gain because the future lies in
mutual aid and cooperation and not in the narrow vision of the world of some powerful.
Let's organize everywhere to continue the fight against the far right and its ideas, in
Europe and in the rest of the world, locally and internationally. Down borders and state
violence for a popular and international anti-fascism !

Info point against patriarchal violence and the toxic and mystifying story of gender-based
violence. ---- "Killed twice. The narrative that denies and erases women's lives ---- I
love you from (making you) die ---- The numbers of patriarchal violence against women draw
a real war bulletin. The war against female freedom, the war against free women. A war
that the media conceals and minimizes, contributing to multiplying it, offering
extenuating circumstances to those who kill, beat and rape. Women like Elisa, strangled by
a "good giant", are killed twice. Killed by the man who deprived them of life, killed by
those who deny them their dignity, telling violence with the lens of love, excess, passion
and madness. Romantic love, passion cover and change the sign of violence. Women are
killed, wounded, raped in excess of love, by passionate frenzy. A pre-packaged alibi,
which we find in newspaper articles, in interviews with relatives and neighbors, in the
harangues of lawyers and prosecutors. This false narrative aims to hide a war, which is
fought but not recognized as such. The media are responsible for the perpetuation of an
imaginary, which justifies and feeds violence against those who do not conform to the
heterosexual norm, to the imposed roles. The media blame those who suffer violence,
scanning their lives, behaviors, freedom choices, to justify male violence, to annul the
freedom of women, guilty of not being prudent, of not accepting the risk of violence as
"normal" kind. The stereotype of "those who seek it", whether they are sex workers or
those who do not wear clothes similar to cloth cages, is a constant in the story of the
media. Gender-based violence is confined to the pages of crime news, to deny its political
significance, transforming beatings, rapes, murders, harassment into episodes of common
delinquency, into private matters. The media, faced with the violent unfolding of the
patriarchal reaction, is attempting to privatize, familiarize, domesticate the
confrontation. Women are helpless victims, men are violent because they are crazy. Madness
takes away responsibility, hides the disciplinary and punitive intention, becomes the
exception that breaks normality, but does not challenge shared narrative. Male violence
against women is a daily occurrence, but the media tell us of it as a temporary break in
normality. Raptus of madness, excesses of feeling hide under the umbrella of pathology a
violence that fully expresses the tension to reaffirm the patriarchal order. If domestic
violence falls under the sign of illness, the violence carried out by strangers is
inscribed in the metaphor of the jungle, of the herd, of bestiality. Violents, especially
if they are foreigners, distant, different become the pivot of a media narrative, which
places them constitutively outside the social forum. Here male violence emerges from the
stereotype of the madman, to assume that of the beast. Society is healthy: those who kill
women are either crazy or a beast. Not human, out of the human. The order is safe.
Mourning is private. Violence against women becomes a tool to reinforce racism towards
migrants: the foreigner is described as If domestic violence falls under the sign of

We are not there. We do not accept that women's freedom and security can become an excuse
to multiply disciplinary pressure, security and repressive devices, and growing police
control over the territory. Patriarchal violence crosses genres, borders, classes,
cultures. The freedom that women have conquered has cracked and, at times, broken the
hierarchical relations between the sexes, breaking the symbolic and material order, which
wanted them submissive and obedient. The proliferation of feminicides on a global scale
shows that the road to women's freedom and autonomy is still very long. And uphill.
To each * of us the task of writing a different story, which is not the story of victims,
but the story of a struggle for
freedom that is scary because it is breaking the symbolic and material order of patriarchy. "

Climate change is no longer a warning, it is a crude reality. For decades the
environmental movement had been alarming the tragic consequences of not ending the global
warming that we are subjecting to the planet, our common house, which has been cracked as
if it were a cake to get more benefits from it. the ones it can produce. ---- Obviously,
the current responsible for the exponential deterioration to which we are subjecting it is
voracious capitalism, call it neoliberal, globalized, market economy or with any other
adjective that they want to make fashionable to make it more digestible. When the
productive system is based on obtaining maximum benefits in the shortest possible time
without looking at the consequences, not only the rights of the working class are ignored,
but also the environmental problems that alter all ecosystems, encourage migratory exodus
or pollute the soil, seas and drinking water, among other ecological abuses.
Made this criticism of capitalism, taken advantage of now by those who saw the wall of
their authoritarian communist model fall to try to sign up a bit, we must also recriminate
to those who in favor of what they call state interest, under the economic system they
defend, were committed Not a few ecological crimes. There is the desiccation of the Aral
Sea, the Chernobyl accident, the fact that during the Cold War Czechoslovakia was the most
polluted country in Europe or the erroneous stubbornness of Maoist China for exterminating
the sparrows to get more grain production. Mao TseTung argued that "man must defeat
nature" and his obstinacy caused an ecological imbalance that cost starvation death to
more than 30 million obedient followers. All of that also happened, yes,
It hurts to think that this social model to which there are still those who aspire to be
presented as an alternative to the ecological disasters of capitalism, because only when
the control of production escapes the hands of those who generate it, which is what we are
interested in maintaining a balance Eco-friendly, it tends to destroy the environment.
Serve as an example our communal forests. In some, for decades there has been no fire,
since it is the locals themselves who manage the forest environment from which they
subsist. A model that reminds us of other Amazon communities that are now expelled after
burning the jungle to produce soybeans with which to feed the rich world and livestock.
So, put to talk about respect for the environment,
Currently, the submission of those who govern us to economic power makes it legislate
favoring polluting productive forms. Hence, serious environmental problems are being
generated, being surely the most pressing, due to the effects we are already suffering,
that of climate change. Among the most known consequences is the increase in temperature,
caused by the accumulation of polluting gases. Gradually we see how heat waves are more
suffocating, how glaciers melt, how sea levels rise to the point of having to consider
moving inland cities, how numerous species disappear irreversibly, how extreme weather
events worsen or how crop production is reduced with the dire consequences it causes.
For capitalism, everything goes in its search for immediate benefit, although for this
they have to transform life on the planet and collective interest into real money, plastic
or virtual, destined for tax havens. A money from which few hands will benefit. That is
his manual: accumulate wealth by fostering a society based on making those who transform
and produce products believe that the image they sell us, that of consumerism, is our
goal. Nothing more degrading or denigrating for the working class than that competitive,
unsupportive and irrational society.
In this social model of consumption, among other niceties, you cannot be happy if you do
not have your own vehicle or if you cannot boast in the social networks of a
transcontinental and highly polluting vacation. It aims to subsidize polluting cars and
when it has helped to increase the problem of air pollution is threatened with sanctions
if they are not delivered to buy another that works with another type of energy. Because
that is another, travel by private vehicle and away from jobs. Is there anything less
ecological?
And that they have to put us in front of the screens to a teenager so that we demand more
governmental summits and demobilize us! Enough of symbolic strikes and silent
concentrations as a mass-requiem for a planet in destruction. When class consciousness has
been lost and the struggle is abandoned to turn a common need into a punctual and playful
day, at least, that does not distort the revolutionary meaning of what a strike is. Our
presence in the demonstration, separated from traditional groups and framed within a
libertarian bloc, responds to the need to denounce that respect for the planet is
incompatible with capitalist consumerism and statist communism.
Let's fight for a socio-ecological model based on self-management.

September 28, the International Day of the Right to Abortion, will be another opportunity
for women around the world to demonstrate for this fundamental right to dispose of their
bodies and not to die of a wild abortion. The fight for abortion is a matter of life and
death: 1 woman dies every 9 minutes of a clandestine abortion in the world. One in two
abortions is an illegal abortion and therefore dangerous and traumatic for the body.
Moreover, the attacks of anti-choice are multiplying everywhere, including where abortion
seemed definitively acquired. The right to abortion is not just a feminist issue, it is
also a matter of class for the poorest women who can not afford to go abroad or to private
clinics.
A disparate international situation
In the world only about fifty countries allow abortion, without condition to fulfill
(except legal deadlines). For other countries, the situation ranges from total prohibition
to extremely restrictive legislation (in case of rape, danger to the health of women or
fetal malformation). In Europe, the situation is more favorable, but abortion is often an
obstacle course (lack of local structures, clause of conscience of the doctors, not
supported financially by the states, etc.)
All women can not have an abortion in France
Those who discover their pregnancy beyond the twelfth week or who have not found a
solution before this time can not abort. This did not prevent the rejection of the
extension of the 14 to 16 week delay proposed in the last Health Bill. The only solution
is therefore to go abroad to have an abortion but this has a cost and is therefore not
feasible for the most precarious women or victims of domestic violence who have a hard
time justifying an absence of at least two days.
Abortion remains a right to defend
In countries that allow abortion, the battle is now around the resources allocated (places
for abortion, doctors trained, financial support) but also on the time to extend.
Moreover, we must end the speeches infantilizing women, who need laws to know when they
can or not abort. Women do not need lawmakers who decide for them on moral, religious or
philosophical issues.
ALL IN THE STREET SEPTEMBER 28th for another day of international solidarity
September 28 will be a new opportunity to find ourselves to claim this fundamental right
to dispose our body, to live a safe and dissociated sexuality of procreation, to freely
decide to be a mother or not.
On September 28, we will fight here and now:
* that financial resources be given to abortion centers and planning centers so that they
are accessible to all in all territories
* for sex education to provide free and informed choices for all
* to ensure that abortion and support techniques for women are part of the initial
training of health professionals
* for the conscience clause of health professionals to be removed
* to ensure that the deadlines for abortion are at least based on the most progressive
countries in Europe
* for abortion be decriminalized all over the world
WOMEN KNOW WHAT IS GOOD FOR THEM: FREE, FREE AND ACCESSIBLE ABORTION !

It is difficult for us, the oppressed majority of the planet, to be able to stop the
collapse we are witnessing, in such form and development, we dare not even venture.
However, the "can't do anything" maxim doesn't fit. Being aware of the problem
individually means reducing our consumption of oil and all its derivatives, meat, air
travel, clothing, etc., etc. Facing it individually leads us to "live longer and better
with less" by transforming our current model of life to date. This issue in our individual
daily life is necessary nowadays, but it is insufficient, because the climate crisis is
structurally and radically political. Being aware of what is at stake presupposes, above
all, facing and fighting against a social system, the capitalist and the states in which
we live,
Our duty as anarchists is directed, on the one hand, to extend to the population of the
planet the idea that we should produce / consume only goods that satisfy the basic needs
of the majority, while respecting the balance with ecosystems; in other words to raise
awareness about the emergency we will live in the short term. This respect for the
planetary biodiversity, the house in which we live, makes us express, on the other hand,
the feeling that life is worth living, and we can achieve it only when we face the
capitalist production system (Yes, they even want buy Greenland to extract its minerals!,
yes they are burning the Amazon in search of fields that feed the meat we eat!, yes they
are seeing real estate business on the melting of the Siberian pergelissolo!, etc., etc.),
responsible for a seemingly unstoppable ecological disaster. States and international
bodies, right now, in their public agendas, are planning partial and technical solutions
to the so-called green capitalism (which is still a new business opportunity). These fake
solutions from state and international parliaments are nothing more than patches that do
not impact the real causes of the problem!
Presumably, however, on the hidden agenda of the highest capitalist institutions is the
application of ecofascism as a tool for the ecological equilibrium of surviving humans
(barbarism already manifested in population exodus to the rich north of hungry
environmental refugees).
We need to prepare for the post-environmental collapse that will take place by organizing
ourselves into communities based on de-commodified self-sufficiency, without social
classes or private property, self-organized without state tutelage based on liberty,
mutual support and carelessness and solidarity.
The battle is now, the time to take to the streets! We call for the mobilization on
September 27th in Madrid, the WORLD STRIKE FOR CLIMATE.
FIGHTING AGAINST GLOBAL WARMING IS FIGHTING AGAINST CAPITALIST AND STATE BARBARIES!
RESISTING ECOFASCISM IS ORGANIZING US FOR FREEDOM, MUTUAL SUPPORT AND SOLIDARITY

Sunday, September 22, members of the Emma Goldman collective held a table in the park at
the corner of Price and Sainte-Anne Streets (next to the late 21 Price) in downtown
Chicoutimi. On the menu: free coffee distribution, meeting with local people and small
local cleaning. Despite the rain, many people came to our table to discuss their reality
in the neighborhood and their vision of their living environment. We made our event in
this park since the adjacent land (the 21 Price) is vacant and for sale. So we think it
would be good to cut down the fence between the vacant lot and the park to make it bigger.
During our discussions, a person gave the idea of a basketball court and area to play
petanque. Indeed, Some people also mentioned seeing a change since Ubisoft's arrival in
the neighborhood. Without saying a word, these people talked about gentrification. That's
the analysis they're taking out of the situation right now in downtown. Upmarket
restaurants, young professionals, luxury apartment buildings, office towers, etc.
Residents and residents of the neighborhood are very aware of all these transformations
and many are worried about what can happen in the years to come. Because we know very well
the violence of gentrification. Increased police crackdown to "secure" merchants and
newcomers, eviction of small traders to make room for new real estate or commercial
projects, eviction or exile of the most disadvantaged people due to an increase in housing
prices or a shortage of affordable apartments, lack of convenience stores, etc. In the
face of all these uncertainties and the attacks on the underprivileged people who live in
the city center (and in this, the members of the collective are among the number), we
continue to organize, to mobilize to set up the living environment that we desire. That's
why we are organizing another event on October 5 at 6 pm for a screening of a film on the
walls of the former Chicoutimi prison located on Price Street. By popular demand, free
spaghetti and more! In the face of all these uncertainties and the attacks on the

[Video] Chirac, it was not just the funny idiot king who came down from the crates of
Corona and banged on the ass of the cows at the Salon de l'agriculture ... ---- It was
also a career built on betrayals, nationalist postures, an anti-social policy, nauseating
thoughts, Françafrique money, financial pans to no end ... ---- It was also the transition
between Gaullism and Sarkozyism. ---- Below, a retrospective in 17 videos. ---- It is well
known, but we can not resist. At the time, Chirac was a young wolf of the Gaullist party,
the UDR, and a protégé of President Pompidou, who made him appointed Minister Delegate.
Georges Marchais, general secretary of the PCF, sends him bouler live, during a TV show.
We were far from the style of Pierre Laurent and Fabien Roussel ...
Treacherous attention: in 1974, in the middle of the presidential campaign, Chirac decides
to assassinate the official Gaullist candidate. Training with him a part of the Gaullist
deputies (it is "the Call of the 43"), he supports the candidacy of the liberal Valéry
Giscard d'Estaing. Winning bet: Giscard is elected, Chirac becomes Prime Minister. Chaban
is on the ground, Chirac takes the opportunity to seize the leadership of the party. This
is the farewell to the old Gaullist Guard from the Resistance, and the transition to a
young generation formed at the ENA.
Well, between Giscard and his Prime Minister, it is not the great love ... Chirac resigns
the Prime Minister in 1976, and then leads a permanent war against the Elysee. The RPR
will go so far as to recommend to its militants to vote Mitterrand, in 1981, to chase
Giscard ...
Chirac renamed the Gaullist party. At the rally meeting of the Rassemblement pour la
république (RPR), on December 5, 1976, he delivered a nationalist speech that borrowed
from the Barresian and Maurrassian rhetoric of yesteryear. He soon forged an image of
figurehead of the reaction, overflowing Giscard on his right.
As European elections approach, the RPR is developing a fiercely sovereignist line. Wasted
the party cash a bad score, ranking 4 th position behind the UDF, the PS and the PCF.
After that, Chirac will opportunely adopt a pro-European Community line.
The Gabonese dictator Omar Bongo sent suitcases of notes to all the French politicians, PS
like RPR, of which he wanted to make the complicity. At his death, in 2009, we talk again
about the sound and stumbling support he brought to the Chirac candidacy in 1981. In 2002,
François-Xavier Verschave, of the Survie association, devoted a book to decrypt his
French-speaking networks: " Black Chirac ".
Good, heritage sequence, only for the purpose of edifying younger generations who have not
experienced the "Show Babe". Chirac is called Blackjack. It's a big deal, but this daily
satirical show was a must-see TV show at the time of the "first cohabitation" when a PS
president, Mitterrand, was forced to govern with Prime Minister RPR Chirac.
During the televised debate of 28 April 1988 for the 2 th round of presidential elections,
Chirac and Mitterrand denied responsibility for the rise of anti-colonial movement in
Kanaky. Seven days later, the French army storms the Ouvéa cave and kills 19 separatists.
It's hard to ignore this piece of Parabellum: "The morning morning I'm awake / In the
world of free enterprise ..." Well, that could have been called "Anarchy" in Mitterrandie "...
At a RPR banquet in Orleans, Chirac spoils his vision of immigrants in France. Jean-Marie
Le Pen drinks whey ! And Zebda will shoot a famous song.
In the presidential election of May 1995, there are two Gaullist candidates in
competition: Balladur (then at the top in the polls) and Chirac (given loser).
Opportunistic as always, Chirac doubles his competitor on the left, campaigning against
the "social divide", and in favor of "France for all". Hence this sketch of the "Guignols
of the info", to the best of their form.
Barely elected president, Chirac announces the resumption of nuclear tests in French
Polynesia, on the atolls of Mururoa and Fantgataufa. This provokes demonstrations in
France and riots in Polynesia. "It's over, the time of the colonies" ! title then
Alternative libertarian. The tests will end at the beginning of 1996.
Chirac shouting at the Israeli police who prevent him from approaching the Palestinian
population in Jerusalem: this cult scene almost made him look like a propalestinian (which
he was not ...). Seven years later, the refusal to follow the United States in the war
against Iraq was to devote its popularity to the Middle East.
On September 21, 2000, Le Monde published the revelations recorded shortly before his
death on a VHS by Jean-Claude Méry, a secret financier of the RPR in the years 1980-1990.
The bomb is such that Chirac reacts the same day on TV, in a sequence of anthology. He
will be covered by justice, Judge Halphen removed from the file, and the file properly buried.
Ah la la, still a dark case: more than 300,000 euros of air tickets to the eye, for
pleasure trips ... We have forgotten the details of the case, but it will remain a famous
onomatopoeia.
Legend has it that the "Guignols de l'info" were somewhat guilty of giving Chirac a
sympathetic image during the 1995 presidential campaign, helping to get him elected.
Suddenly, for that of 2002, they redeem themselves a conduct with the character of
Supermenteur, who always manages to thwart the investigations of the justice on his
malpractices. Chirac gathers 19% of the votes in the first round and, to everyone's
surprise, finds himself facing Jean-Marie Le Pen. We know the rest: the 2 e turn the
indignant country imposes a score of only 18% in the NF ... but 82% to Supermenteur.
The two quinquennies of Jacques Chirac sounded the sound of multiple financial pans. His
presidential immunity will always allow him to escape, with the tacit approval of the PS
(should not belittle the image of France !). After leaving the Elysee in 2007, and
therefore the end of immunity, justice will take a long time to succeed in cornering the
tail of the fox. In December 2011, at nearly 80 years old, he will finally be sentenced to
two years in prison, suspended for an old case of embezzlement of public funds. In the
meantime, the Guignols (still them) had given themselves to their heart's content.
