This company wants us to think it supports women.

Coca-Cola can't call itself pro-gender equality if it's still giving money to politicians who are trying to strip away reproductive rights. Demand they do better.

Dear friends,
Talk is easy. That's why we've seen so many companies go on the record supporting good causes. Take Coca-Cola, whose CEO has explicitly said he and his company support gender equality.
The most basic right women need respected in order to be empowered is bodily autonomy and reproductive choice. That means that no person, company, or government entity can tell her if and when she should have children. If women can't engage in basic family planning, they can't get ahead.
But stripping away access to family planning and reproductive choice is exactly what many extreme right-wing politicians are fighting for, especially in Coca-Cola's home state of Georgia. Earlier this year, Governor Brian Kemp signed a "fetal heartbeat" bill into law, which effectively bans abortion.
It's unconscionable that Coca-Cola and other companies who purport to care about gender equality when it's good for their branding can't actually put their money where their mouth is. If you are donating to politicians who strip women of their basic rights, you are not supporter of gender equality. You, in fact, are actively undermining women.
Coca-Cola will continue to walk both sides of the line as long as we, its customers, allow it to. That's why we need you to raise your voice and say no more. Demand Coca-Cola pull all funding from anti-choice politicians.
Thank you,

P.S. Simply saying you support gender equality isn't enough. Sign the petition to demand Coca-Cola stop supporting anti-choice politicians.
