people out of the world wide web (in any meaningful manner), the Chinese government has
been allowing selected international companies to develop branches of their software and
platforms in partnership with the state and local corporations in order to capitalise and
control the new medium. The contracts are worth untold sums, already standing around 13%
of the global market place. Conservative estimates see that leaping into the dozens in the
coming years as Steam launch their Chinese-specific platform and home grown game
developers crop up in plentitude. You just have to keep the CCP happy and comply with

So when last Sunday during a post match interview top Hearthstone player Blitzchung, real

this is a deliberate attempt to minimise the blood loss or whether Blizzards services are
overwhelmed is hard to say however the player base seems pretty sure on the matter and
have instead taken to cancelling their payments on the bank side and have began flooding
Blizzard with General Data Protection Requirement (GDPR) requests and sharing solidarity

racism which has been a rather refreshing change of pace from the often rather
right-leaning gaming community, instead focus very much being on refusing to accept a
well-loved corporations siding with state censorship and in a broader manner pushing for
more pressure on China to stand down from their villainous policies of control.
Corporate collusion with governments is a given for most activists, so it's no surprise
that Activision Blizzard have acted this way, however this has come as a shock to the
wider gamer community who tend towards being apolitical or centrist, a nasty reminded of
the nature of corporations. Where the mounting boycott will go is anyone's guess, however
with players from across the political spectrum united in their disgust at the treatment
of Blitzchung, the censorship and ridiculous long banning of players themselves this seems
only to be spiralling upwards.

The article appeared in the 52 issue of the Employee Initiative Bulletin ---- I am a great
supporter of good public education. In my opinion, this is the only way to counteract the
segregation of society, the best way to maintain unity, shape civic attitudes, and the
only right way to prevent social revolts resulting from the impossibility of social
advancement and the inevitable emergence of this ghetto. ---- When asked about where
Polish public education is located, part of society chose a matching word for title. For
the oriented, at best, the middle one! Minister Dworczyk sends his children to a private
school, just like Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, and earlier the head of the Ministry
of National Education, Joanna Kluzik-Roztkowska. When it comes to educating their own
children, politicians from all sides seem to have similar views ... Not comforting for a
mere mortal.
Who has not yet figured out? Daily bread eaters, residents of unguarded estates, "squares
cleaners, hostages of a better future". Tired of bustle from work to work Kowalscy and
Wisniewscy, transporting children from kindergarten to grandmother, from school to
training and tutoring (whose often the only goal is doing homework at school and rewriting
the material from the core curriculum, sometimes calming parental conscience that since I
do not have time I will pay extra for education for my Janek or Brajanka).
The public school stops teaching and begins to take care of functions. Children go to
school to spend time safely (and it will change) until their parents return from work.
In the ocean of common schools, in which the principal is worried about filling "anybody"
positions leaving mathematicians or English teachers, he does not mention physicists (he
saw the last one ten years ago, he regrets that he did not take a picture to this day - he
would have something to show off at headmasters) schools are emerging - islands!
Exclusive, selected schools, teaching seriously, without pretending, without bullshit. In
them physics - attention! - teaches physicist after master's studies, English - English
and IT - let's tell the truth! - a good mathematician with a computer science graduate. It
used to be the norm. Today, such schools are unicorns between our dying badies.
The one who would think that they are only private schools would be wrong. It is worse -
more and more often they are public schools, most often in good rich neighborhoods. Local
government officials feel the power and expectations of inhabiting them, usually very
conscious, voters. Increase directors' pool for teacher allowances. It facilitates shaping
the personnel policy. If in a small provincial town the (de) incentive supplement amounts
to 5% (PLN 80 - 170) of the basic salary, then in a good, rich city it starts at 30%. No
one needs to be explained which school will keep a good professional. The age of "equal
opportunities" is ending. Capable Anie and Julki, Michal and Mikolaj, who were not lucky
enough to live in Caringtonów or Wilanów, will be condemned to mediocrity of school
existence among employees with the mission of making ends meet,
I would like to achieve a rapid and spectacular achievement of the bottom of Polish
education, maybe then it would be easier to bounce back, certainly it's better than being
stuck in the hopelessness of mediocrity.

After a massive 97.1% vote for strike action by CWU postal workers , an ACG postie gives a
bit of background. ---- What is the dispute about? ---- The new Chief Executive, Rico
Back, has clearly decided that the way forward for Royal Mail is to have a cheaper more
flexible workforce. ---- This Is why Royal Mail, under his leadership, has developed a
strategy which is designed to marginalise the union (CWU) in order to create a cheaper
more flexible employment model. ---- Royal Mail want to review, and possibly change, the
legal guarantees which stopped Royal Mail from outsourcing, franchising, breaking up the
company, creating a a two-tier workforce as well as stopping Royal Mail from recruiting
zero-hour contracts. ---- Royal Mail want to use PDAs (the machine people sign for their
parcels on) to spy on workers and use it as a revision tool (changing duties, job cuts)
even though they know PDAs do not truly reflect a postal worker's duties.
Royal mail are not saying they will support the continuation of the USO (Universal Service
Obligation) when Ofcom reviews it next year. This possibly means the USO being cut to a
five day service, and resulting in the loss of 20,000 jobs.
(Note: USO - Universal Service Obligation - means royal mail is obliged to deliver and
collect mail six days a week at any location in the UK . If the six days is cut to say
five, that would mean that the 20 000 staff that cover other posties' rest days could lose
their jobs since all duties would be covered by the regulars. It would also mean a
reduction in service for people since mail won't be delivered six days.)

Statement in repudiation of the Clarin newspaper note dated 10/21/2019 ---- The Clarin
newspaper once again stars in a media operation to criminalize popular struggle and
Anarchism. ---- Based on sources from the Ministry of National Security, our organization
is mentioned in the context of government concern about the possibility of "contagion" of
the wave of popular struggles in the region. Thus, the FAR would be monitored by the
Ministry of Security conducted by Patricia Bullrich; the note says verbatim: "But the
movements of the Anarchist Federation of Rosario also follow closely." ---- We do not want
to extend much here in the macartist and even in violation of the bourgeois legality
itself implied by the measure taken by the Ministry of Security in coordination with the
Clarin newspaper. Something that also our organization has been suffering through
publications of reports full of extravagant accusations, along with other organizations of
the popular field, due to our active militancy in numerous unions, neighborhood
organizations and the student movement.
We want to take this opportunity to confirm the thesis of the Ministry and its operators
of the Clarín group: THE POPULAR FIGHTS IN LATIN AMERICA WILL BE CONTAGED THROUGHOUT THE
TERRITORY. We understand that this is not going to happen only because of the media
coverage, or because of the vexations that the neoliberal governments have provided to our
peoples, but also because we have been coordinating, articulating and meeting from our
political organizations for decades to weave a common Socialism strategy and Freedom for
all Latin America.
We will continue to support the struggle of the Chilean people, who today live a fierce
repression with an increasing number of deaths and other atrocities, and we will continue
from our social insertion encouraging and encouraging the popular sectors to organize
ourselves based on our own class interests without waiting None of the above.
In our country there are hundreds of daily layoffs, a real attack on the living conditions
of those below and it would be naive to think that the upcoming elections can
significantly reverse this situation. We know that only with independence of class and
direct action is how a strong people is forged.
