On December 28, a rally against domestic violence was held in Minsk on Bangalore Square. Anarchists joined the action. However, with its own
agenda. ---- "We oppose domestic violence and imposed opinions," beating means love. "We urge all those who experience domestic violence not
to be silent about this and fight for their rights. But we also think that asking for changes to the Criminal Code at the moment does not
make much sense because we live in a police state in which laws do not work to protect people, in a country of authoritarian dictatorial
power, it makes little sense to ask for protection from those who themselves cause violence against their citizens en masse. ---- It is also
important to fight against violence from the powers that be, security officials, officials who usurped power. It makes no sense to demand a
law on domestic violence as long as a police state exists. We also took the opportunity to support and recall the presence of political
prisoners of the authoritarian regime - anarchists, anti-fascists and human rights defenders.
To eradicate domestic violence, you must first eradicate domestic violence. "

Despite the expulsion of the Zad from the Amassada, the local struggle continued with a weekend of resistance organized in early November. A
week of national action has been decided for next January. ---- The day after the expulsion of the occupants of the Amassada at
Saint-Victor, many wondered about the possibility of continuing the fight. The militarization of the land by the national gendarmerie makes
reoccupying action all the more difficult since this struggle has not known as massive a mobilization as that of Notre-Dame-des-Landes. The
town hall, opposed to the electric mega-transformer project, was harassed by supporters of the project linked to the right and the extreme
right and whose ramifications with local companies having won the contract for development works . Faced with this pressure, which is not
new, it stuck to republican legality and preferred to drop the case. The association Plateau overexcited, which brings together a certain
number of inhabitants opposed to the project and whose complaint against the operator Réseau transport électrique (RTE) by contesting the
public utility is in progress, is discreet. There remains the Amassada, a collective that brings together inhabitants and activists, always
as resolute.
On November 1, 2 and 3, the Amassada organized a weekend of resistance. Over 400 people participated. This may seem modest, but you should
know that no struggle has brought together so many people in the Saint-Affricain since 2016. The opponents to the project came from Aveyron,
more widely from Occitania but also from Bures, Notre -Dame-des-Landes, Alsace, Lyon, Brittany and even Germany. We could add a few yellow
vests from Millau and Saint-Affrique, the Confédération paysanne and UCL. Activists of Extinction Rebellion also came in large numbers.
A harmful and unnecessary electrical network
On Saturday November 2, the participants in the two demonstrations, one by day and the other by night, tried to tear off the gates around
the site dedicated to the future electric mega-transformer. But the gendarmes gassed, then charged, preventing any intrusion ... or almost,
since a small group which had not joined the crowd managed to drop 15 meters of wire mesh. The following day, the assembly of support
committees decided to organize a week of national action from January 13 to 18 (anniversary date of the inauguration of the first cabin of
the Amassada) whose main target will be RTE.
This initiative demonstrates the structuring at national level of collectives wanting to act against land grabbing, industrialization of the
countryside, the farce of the energy transition but also for peasant agriculture, for the defense of threatened public services in rural
areas as elsewhere.
Finally, it is not uninteresting to note that the earthquake in Ardèche and in the Drôme made it possible to verify once again the
uselessness of the highway for industrial wind turbines, of which the megatransfo of Saint-Victor is a node essential, to convey energy
while limiting its loss. A week after the earthquake, more than 30,000 people are without electricity and Enedis, RTE and EDF are unable to
rely on this part of the electricity network to help them.

On Monday, December 16, 2019, a district court in Poznan, Poland, passed a sentence in a three-year trial of six persons taking part in the
"Black Protest" in Poznan on October 3, 2016. The process and the sentence itself recalls some cases from Czech Republic. ---- To begin
with, we can summarize the course of events that preceded the court itself. On October 10, 2016, about ten thousand people gathered in the
center of Poznan and took part in a protest against the total ban on abortion. Black protest. After the demonstration, a group of 1,500
people decided to spontaneously manifest themselves in front of the building of the law and justice office that submitted the bill. There
the police were ready to protect the party's office building. Several smoke bombs flew out of the crowd of protesters, then the crowd
stopped. Demonstrators and demonstrators spread banners on the ground and chant slogans. Meanwhile, the panicking police have already been
reinforced. Then there was a police intervention in which the police headlessly handed out blows to batons, even with police helmets and
using tear gas, which also affected non-stakeholders. Three people Maciej H., Jacek S. and Malgorzata C were detained at the scene of the
intervention. The detainees did not inform the detainees of the reason for the detention. After 23 hours, when they were not even provided
with water, they released them accused of attacking a public official.
Many people were injured lightly and seriously during the intervention. A group of people who wanted to report on police action during the
intervention was not released to one prosecutor. Joanna H., who was allowed to speak to the prosecutor, was subjected to scandalous behavior
by the prosecutor, who humiliated her, downplayed the matter and offended her comment. The investigation of her announcement, as well as the
announcement of two other persons (Iwony J. and Jilue H.), who also complained about police action, was postponed. Later, the investigation
into the violation of the authority of the public official in the intervention was stopped. Among other things, on the grounds that the
persons who were harmed by this act are active in or in contact with the Poznan anarchist movement. And for another, they say that
Joanna M., complaining that the investigation of her announcement had been discontinued, accused the prosecutor of "attending an illegal
assembly that she knew his participants wanted to commit a violent attack on police officers" by preventing the exercise of police powers by
digging into a police car. , by opening his door, hanging on the hood of the police car, standing and sitting in front of the police car,
spilling white powder of unknown origin on the police car window, and hanging on the windscreen grilles. The prosecutor who accused her
noted that she knew she had not committed the acts she was accused of, but that she thought she was "collectively responsible" for them.
Fingerprints or other laboratory examinations such as finding traces of clothing or detainees did not confirm that detainees were handling
pyrotechnics.
After the investigation, six persons were brought to justice with the following charges:
Malgorzata C. was to challenge the public official; attend a rally that she knew was involved in a violent attack on the police service.
Joanna M. was supposed to attend a rally she knew her participants were jointly committing a violent attack on the police service; together
with other unidentified persons, it should have prevented police officers from serving, prevented them from arresting and transporting
detainees to a police station.
Iwone J. was to attend a gathering that she knew was involved in a violent attack on police officers.
Jacek S. was to assault a public official and was to attend a rally he knew his participants were jointly committing a violent attack on the
police service.
Maciej H. was supposed to assault a public official and was to attend a rally he knew was involved in a violent attack on the police service.
Pawel B. was to attend a rally he knew his participants were jointly committing a violent attack on the police service.
Four out of six persons were found guilty of participating in an illegal assembly with the intention of violently attacking police officers.
Malgorzata C. then the assault of a public official and damage to his organs. Joanna M. still from preventing police officers from serving.
Malgorzata C. has been given a 10-month sentence of imprisonment with 20 hours of community service per month and has to pay PLN 300 to
compensate a policeman. Joanna M. was sentenced to 10 months' imprisonment with 20 hours of community service per month. Jacek S. also
received a 10-month restriction of freedom with 20 hours of community service per month. Maciej H. was given 12 months of freedom
restriction with 20 hours of community service per month. The convicts wish to appeal the judgment after receiving written notification.
The judge justified her decision by saying that "it is not necessary to prove that a particular participant in an assembly has committed an
individual act of violence, presence in the assembly is sufficient, knowing that the participants in that assembly commit a joint attack on
persons or property". The judgment is not yet final. The convicts draw attention to the absurdity of such a justification. They wonder what
would happen to those who are participating in football matches that often attack other people or property. Attacks of football hooligans in
stadiums occur more frequently than in non-violent demonstrations. Whole families with children attending such matches should assume what
can happen in such a match. Similarly, one might think that people taking part in the annual independence march in Warsaw, Poland, that any
other participant may or may be attacking another person or property. They point out that every congregation, be it a concert, a festival, a
sporting event or a scientific conference, may be someone who will behave violently.
We can guess where such an absurd approach can lead. The question is whether there will be a precedent that will apply to all types of
gatherings, or that it will only apply to a specific group of people.

Here is the third text in a series of three dealing with piracy. ---- " From the experiences of the inter-war period, I would rather
remember the crazy republic of Fiume[...]It was in a way the last of the pirate utopias (or the only modern example) - and perhaps even the
very first modern TAZ. "- Hakim Bey ---- The incredible story of Fiume ---- During the Versailles Treaty of 1919, the victors refused to
Italy the annexation of the city of Fiume (today Rijeka in Croatia) and Dalmatia, however promised in 1915 so that the kingdom would side
with the Triple -Agreement (United Kingdom, France, Russia). The American president Woodrow Wilson proposes rather to make Fiume an
independent state in order to shelter the seat of the future League of Nations.
The Italian poet and adventurer Gabriele D'Annunzio then spoke of " mutilated victory ". In April 1919, he created the "League of Fiume"
intended to " defend against the League of Nations, all minds yearning for freedom, all peoples tormented by injustice and oppression ". (1)
On September 12, 1919, D'Annunzio launched an assault on Fiume at the head of approximately 2,600 Arditi, nationalists and veterans. The
occupying American, English and French troops withdrew without having exchanged a single shot. However, the Italian government is
dissociating itself from this initiative. The poet then appealed for the solidarity of the Italian people. Immediately, the future Duce
(Benito Mussolini, socialist activist converts to nationalism and founder of fascism) takes charge of organizing a fundraiser to allow the
insurgents to carry out their project, finally managing to collect nearly 3 million lire. (2)
After the failure of negotiations with the Italian government, D'Annunzio proclaimed on August 12, 1920 the Italian Regency of Carnaro,
using the name of the gulf which borders the seaside town. The USSR is the only country to recognize the new "state".
During a correspondence exchanged with the anarchist Randolfo Vella, D'Annunzio explains that he is for "communism without dictatorship" and
that his intention is to make this city "a spiritual island from which action can radiate, eminently communist, in the direction of all the
oppressed nations ". (1) For his part, the anarchist writer Hakim Bey mentions in TAZ, Temporary Autonomous Zone, that Fiume quickly becomes
a refuge: " Artists, gypsies, adventurers, anarchists, fugitives and stateless refugees, homosexuals ... arrived in crowd at Fiume. The
party never stopped. Each morning D'Annunzio read poems and each evening a concert took place, followed by fireworks. "(P.67)
The "Carnaro Charter"
On August 27, 1920, the " Carnaro Charter ", written by the revolutionary trade unionist Alceste De Ambris in collaboration with D'Annunzio,
was promulgated. It recognizes " the sovereignty of all citizens without distinction of sex, race, language, class, religion ... ". In
addition, " only the assiduous producers of common wealth and the creators of common power are full citizens ".
At the military level, the " Carnaro Charter " provides that " in times of peace and security, the Regency does not keep the army mobilized;
but the whole nation remains armed "(1) regardless of gender. The Regency takes its cue from the Arditi, heroic Italian figures of the First
World War. They were made up of free soldiers and adventurers. An army of free men and women who break with the discipline and hierarchy of
traditional armies. Command is exercised by a council, like the "soldiers' councils" during the German Revolution of 1918 and the Soviets in
Russia (before the betrayal of the Bolsheviks).
A pirate economy ...
The money of the Italian Regency of the Carnaro does not come from taxes but from the flights accomplished by the Uscochi as well as
donations from supporters and donors. Hakim Bey underlines that: " The navy (made up of deserters and anarchist Unionist sailors from Milan)
took the name of Uscochi, after the name of the missing pirates who lived on islands off the local coast[...]The modern Uscochi succeeded in
some smoldering blows: wealthy Italian merchant ships suddenly offered the republic a future ... ". (p.66)
Italian regular army ends ' permanent party '
D'Annunzio refuses to recognize the Treaty of Rapallo (which establishes Fiume as a free state and fixes the borders between the kingdoms of
Yugoslavia and Italy). The Italian government issued an ultimatum to D'Annunzio and urged him to leave the city with his supporters before
December 24, 1920. The poet maintained his positions and Italy bombed the city. This event is known in Italy as the "Natale di sangue" or
the bloody Christmas.
D'Annunzio, precursor of fascism?
At that time, Italy was plagued by frustration and the desire for radical change. Emerging fascism is causing confusion among many sincere
revolutionary militants. " We must not forget or deny that a number of anti-fascist militants from the Arditi del Popolo and proletarian
self-defense groups in Italy were at first close to fascism known as" diciannovista "and" sansepolcrismo ", having the characteristics of a
leftist and progressive movement in the Italian context, before it turned into an imperialist and dictatorial movement under Mussolini. "(1)
Mussolini takes up many D'Annunzio ideas, including corporatism, the black uniform and oratory techniques for mobilizing crowds. In fact, as
Hakim Bey points out: " Mussolini himself seduces the poet. When D'Annunzio understood his error, it was already too late. "(P.67)
