disappeared by the Carabineros[police]on September 3, 2005 in his hometown of
Puerto Montt. In addition to rescuing his figure and memory together with the
other young victims of the State, the young Mapuche reminds us through his
history of the murderous character of democracy, together with the characteristic
complicity of the forces of order that to this day do not give the whereabouts of

institutional political parties. It only remains for us to affirm that justice
will come only and exclusively from the oppressed class in struggle, as we cannot
expect anything from the State and capital.

Much is discussed about democracy and dictatorship, constantly emphasizing the
advantages and differences between them, in an endless verbiage in the conquest
for power. However, communities in struggle against the State and capital will
not stop to highlight and attack the murderous and coercive character of both
democracy and dictatorship, where capital will always have control over our lives
and will not allow us to develop in accordance with a community ethic,
anti-authoritarian in harmony with our surroundings.

We have no doubt that the State is inherently a murderer and enemy of the reality
we want to build. The latter has the function of ensuring the maintenance and
perpetuity of the capital's domain, resorting to repressive and disciplinary
measures for this, regardless of the incumbent governors. This is why we must not
give up any memory space, and together continue to strengthen the instances where
combative solidarity can change the misery of the reality of the territory
overseen by the State of Chile.

Given that we have to face these problems and make state terrorism visible (both
in democracy and in dictatorship) we are ready to install this date as a day of
agitation. That is why it seems essential to us to come together to honor
Huenante and all the victims of forced detention, as well as to show solidarity
with those imprisoned and watched for their struggle against the current order.
We extended the invitation to meet in protest this Friday, September 3, at 6:30
pm, in Cerro Huelén. It also seems important to us to emphasize the importance of
accompanying as a class in our resistance to the current order, understanding
that State terrorism is a constant threat to us. As long as our lives are at your
mercy, we have nothing left to fight!
