The anarchist information group AlterNativE published the fifth issue of its
magazine Buric in December . ---- This is mainly devoted to the topic of directaction, ie the practice where people solve problems on their own and do not askanyone to represent them. Even today, direct action is a revolutionary approachthat undermines the discourse of bourgeois democracy. It is therefore obviousthat there are times when the legitimacy of direct action collides with itslegality. Relatively broadly and in relation to anarchism, the topic is"Reflections on Civil Disobedience, Sabotage and Nonviolence." It must be saidthat the anarchist approach in this direction has influenced the practice of manynew social movements. There is an interesting commentary on the violencedebatethe attitudes of Gandhi, who condemned the violence but nevertheless didnot suffer from black-and-white vision and was able to distinguish between itsvarious forms. The text "Anarchism and the Politics of Affinity Groups", writtenby Francis Dupuis-Déri, Professor of Political Science at the University ofQuebec and published in Czech in the anarchist review Existence No. 4/2012, isindirectly related to the topic of direct action . The text goes back to thehistorical beginnings of affinity groups in anarchist Spain at the end of the19th century and maps their spread in the social movements of the 1970s and 1980sup to the movement for global justice. It analyzes the political potential ofthis type of militant organization and confirms the thesis that it allows themass movement to operate in a rational, egalitarian and free manner during streetevents. Probably the mostimportant is the opening of the Malatesta info shop in Šurany, which took placein mid-September and where a more varied program is promised in the coming year.The distro and freeshop are related to the infoshop. The group also managed toestablish many contacts. Publications on both the personalities of the anarchistmovement and anarchist practice are planned.
