September 2020, after an operation by the anti-terrorist service, comrades P.Georgiadis and MT were arrested. In the early hours of the next day,anti-terrorist men invade the house of M.T. in Petralona, where they arrest thecomrade and roommate of E.M. From the first moment, the parrots of the mediapresent the arrests as a dismemberment of the revolutionary organization O.L.A.giving praise to the Ministry of Pro.Po. and celebrating "the successful blowagainst terrorism." The media, creating a climate of terror, continue to leakfalse and non-existent information, targeting even more the comrades andconstantly inflating the case in order to create a climate for their pre-trialdetention.The anti-terrorist unit tries to connect - without any success - the findings(according to the police, explosives and bullets were found) of the warehouserented by comrade P.G. as well as the weapons found in the homes of the other 2arrested with the action of O.L.A. At first instance, accusations of amisdemeanor nature are attributed to the M.T. and E.M. and are released (MT withrestrictive conditions, while his companion EM without any restrictiveconditions), while for P. Georgiadis it is decided his pre-trial detention on thecharge of distinguished possession of firearms.The case of P. Georgiadis is another example of vindictive persecution ofactivists through state and judicial conspiracies. Indicative is the attempt ofthe anti-terrorist, which from the beginning tried to connect him with the actionof the OLA by presenting a downloaded file from the internet, which was found ona hard drive of the comrade, as the original proclamation of the organization.for the BSE bombing. Police and the media are making a coordinated effort totarget not only the persecuted comrades of the "Class Counterattack", acollective to which some of them belong, but also the anarchist andanti-government struggle as a whole.The state-capitalist system and the imposition of modern totalitarianismorchestrate the attack on social and class resistance, the militants and theoppressed and at the same time impose a regime of exclusion on politicalprisoners. The court conspiracies and the indictments, such as the one againstthe comrades Kalaitzidis-Mataraga, the DNA-based persecutions, the vengefultreatment of the anarchists V. Stathopoulos, K. Sakkas, G. Dimitrakis and thepre-trial detention and targeting of P. Georgiadis, Prohibitions ofdemonstrations, beatings of protesters, arrests of militants and evacuations ofoccupied areas serve the same purpose of exemplary terrorizing society andrestricting organized struggle.
