denounce the threats and the attempted attack suffered on the morning of January
18, by a group of anarcho-syndicalist militants of the CNT-AIT in an information
picket against the company AIMART MARKETING SL, in which amounts owed to one of
our colleagues were claimed. ---- During the information picket, the company
AIMART MARKETING SL sent some thugs to threaten and attack the union colleagues.
A behavior that we could describe as anti-union and that had as its objective: to
threaten, attack, hinder and repress freedom of association, by the company.

At a certain moment, two unidentified people, but who must have had some type of
family relationship with the management of the company AIMART MARKETING SL,
crossed the sidewalk and confronted a colleague from the union, making threats
and struggling with him.

Although none identified themselves, the intent was clear. To this extent, it
turned out that one of these people was wearing a full-face helmet that made it
difficult to identify her face.

During the struggle, one of the assailants snatched the flagpole from our comrade
and while he was raising it, he repeatedly threatened our comrades with hitting
them violently.

On one of these occasions, he broke the flagpole in half and continued to
threaten to nail the wooden poles to our companions.

The attitude of the compañeras and compañeros on the picket line was one of total
calm but firmness, facing the situation, maintaining our position at the front of
the picket line with courage, defending and supporting each other. Compañeros and
compañeras were willing to stand up to these bosses' pickets if they had decided
to physically attack us, to show them that we are not going to cower in the face
of an attack of these dimensions.

Although the police came to the picket line to identify our compañeros and
compañeras before they attacked us, they were not seen intervening or identifying
these thugs sent by the company. Moreover, during the time that the police were
present, one of the heads of AIMART MARKETING SL - desperate for the actions
against the company - made an attempt to confront the picket line.

On the contrary, a group of workers who witnessed the attempted attack and the
threats, recorded the last moments of the event and we were able to record some
images of these people.

It is clear that the management of the company is totally desperate and they do
not know where to turn to solve the conflict, first calling the police and then
sending their thugs. A union conflict that is transcending its scope and that we
will direct against the entire Telemarketing sector.

 From the Union of Various Trades of Albacete of the CNT-AIT we are not going to
allow any type of aggression against our colleagues and we assure the company
that in any case we will defend ourselves and confront anyone who tries to attack
us. We want to make it clear that the moment the company crosses that thin red
line, we assure you that they will regret doing so.
