In this scenario, the Metro Management argued that it had already paid theamounts claimed, while the workers claimed the full amounts, ensuring that we hadnot received any amount of the bonuses during our vacations. Thus and almostfinalizing the negotiation of the agreement, they offered us to pay us 10% ofwhat we claimed, such offer being rejected at the meeting itself and afterdifferent offers and counter offers, we reached an agreement of 50%, both forarrears, and for the future . After many months with this principle of agreement and few fringes to file,although marked by the continuous delay in time by those responsible for HR, andtogether with the delay of the Administrations of the Community of Madrid inauthorizing the Economic item necessary to face the payments, they have broughtus from before the signing of the Agreement until the end of the year for theresolution of a problem that we have been dragging since in 2015 the collectivedispute for the bonuses of the vacation month was filed. Well, in the absence of putting the final signature of the act, which will takeplace next Tuesday, January 4, the agreement for the collection of vacationbonuses is already closed and with this a long chapter of disagreements in thisaspect will be closed. between Metro Management and workers' representatives. The agreement can be divided into three parts:The so-called arrears 2015-2020, which correspond to the amounts in bonuses thatwe have received between 2015 and 2020, with which 27 tranches have been made,which give rise to a compensatory figure very close to 50% of what you shouldhave received as bonuses, according to the calculations of the unions, in thevacation months of those years.In order to receive these amounts, it will be necessary to request themindividually and waive the right to file amount claims for those concepts. Forthis, there will be a time limit that will be until March 31 for those activeworkers and until June 30 for colleagues who no longer belong to Metro.In order to corroborate the amounts accrued in bonuses between 2015 and 2020,they will put in the Central Platform, in our profile, the amounts that we havereceived in each of the bonuses, so that we can verify the veracity of thecalculations.Arrears 2021, will be collected in the February payroll and will be calculatedwith the accrued in bonuses during 2021, being approximately 50% of the averagecollected in bonuses during 2021, excluding the month of vacation.As of 2022, during the vacation month, the average amount accrued each month ofthe previous year will be received, for this, the amounts of the differentbonuses will be lowered, to the extent that those amounts not collected on adaily basis more the 50% added by the agreement, ensure that in the month ofvacation we charge the same as the average of the previous year, yes, revalued bythe increase marked in the collective agreement.
