into some of the most serious aspects, such as the non-recovery of compensation
for dismissal or processing wages, the non-recovery of administrative
authorization for collective dismissals (ERE), the implementation of flexibility
for objective dismissals, the non-recovery of the priority of the sectoral
agreement over that of the company. On the other hand, They have also indicated
that although the ultraactivity of the agreements is partially recovered, this
does not imply that the purchasing power of the majority of the working class is
maintained. Finally, CGT points out that this "no reform" will continue to allow
the company to carry out substantial modifications to the working conditions of

The anarcho-syndicalists are convinced that the struggle is in the streets, from

readmission, the prohibition of temporary employment agencies (ETT), indefinite
labor contracts (limiting the number of temporary contracts), modification of
article 42 on subcontracting to avoid their fraudulent use, prohibition of the
outsourcing of the processes of the main productive activity, establish that the
Sectoral Agreement establishes the framework conditions for the group of people
in the industry without being able to negatively modify what has already been
agreed,recovery of the ultra-activity of the agreements, the elimination of the
power to unilaterally modify working conditions and salary, and the reduction of
the working day while maintaining the same salary.

CGT considers that in a context of economic and social crisis such as the one in
which the working class has been immersed for years, the attitude of a
progressive, left-wing and class-conscious government would be the brave bet for
the promotion of legislation in favor of of the social majority, of those who
have it the worst and ultimately of those who are the engine of society.

from the Housing Movement and Lorena Cabrerizo, from Anticapitalistas, have

has sat down to agree on the conditions and rights of the social majority.
