This new agreement establishes a salary increase of 2% for this year 2022. And

increase and the delays that may correspond.

But, the most important thing is that this new agreement establishes arrears
generated in 2020, which range from €142.47 gross for the pawn category to
€152.40 for a 1st Officer. On the last page of the agreement you can check what
corresponds to you according to your professional group. It is called "Pay
signature of agreement".

The company is obliged to pay these amounts in a single payment before April 26,
2022. These arrears only correspond to workers who were registered with the
company on 05/12/2021. If the company does not pay you the arrears before the
date indicated, contact the union to study the best way to claim it.
