Solidaridad Obrera, like the vast majority of trade union organizations in the
state, opposes the so-called new labor reform signed by CCOO-UGT, CEOE, Cepymeand the PSOE-UP government. This Reform is a fraud in itself, since thecommitments of both the government, the two parties that comprise it, and theCCOO-UGT "social agents" was the REPEAL of the Labor Reforms of 2010 and 2012that facilitated dismissals , lowering compensation, liquidating processingwages, increasing precariousness, subcontracting... etc.For all these reasons, from Solidaridad Obrera we unifiedly call together withthe unions of the Combative and Class Block (ASC, CNT, CoBas, EMT, SAS and SoliTrade Union Platform) and with many other union organizations (CGT, Conf.Intersindical, USO, Somos unionistas , Union of Journalists of Madrid... etc.this CONCENTRATION of next February 3, Thursday, before the Congress, where theywill approve or not, the new labor reform.Do not believe what the media say and repeat, over and over again, that thislabor reform is going to make permanent workers who have temporary contracts, ITIS A LIE, precariousness will continue as it has until now, in all branches ofproduction (Metal, Construction, Farm Workers, Hospitality...) and of course theEmployers are very happy with the agreement that allows them to continue withprecariousness and abuse in style.DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU. mobilize!
