The court reclassifiedthe attack with explosives against the Carabinieri cadet school in Fossano(Cuneo) on June 2, 2006, claimed by Rivolta Anonima and Tremenda / FederazioneAnarchica Informale and for which Anna and Alfredo were accused, as a "massacrepolicy" (art. 285 of the penal code), returning the case to the court of Turinfor a new repetitive calculation of the sentence. The rest of the sentences,which range between 1 year and 9 months and 2 years and 6 months, were confirmedfor 11 companions and acquitted for the rest of the accused, sentences andacquittals that, therefore, become final.The time will come for deeper reflections. What seems evident is the will of theState to dissolve the anarchist movement and the revolutionary struggle, furtheraggravating what emerged from the Turin trial with a sentence that does not seemto contain room for questioning. While the contradictions on which this societyis based become increasingly ungovernable, before the social tensions takeungovernable forms for power, the State tries to deal a blow to the movement anda warning to those who do not give up: two or three years for those who write anewspaper, dozens of years in prison and even life imprisonment for actionsagainst the State and capital.The recent decision to lock up Alfredo in 41 bis, also brazenly taken on the eveof this sentence, is fully in line with this state retaliation: the decisionshave been made, Alfredo must be buried, literally, in jail. His ideas, hisactions, his contribution must be silenced, forgotten, condemned to oblivion.But forgetting the prisoners of the social war means forgetting the war itself:the revolutionary solidarity with the anarchists Anna Beniamino and AlfredoCospito.
