The best example is election time, where we know that time is managed by the
electoral process and not by the needs of the workers' collective. And as an
example of organized workers' struggle without the hindrance of the struggle for
power we have the entire history of our FORA.

The FORA and its anarchic communist ideology demonstrated that the workers'
organization for the emancipation of the class develops better if the vertical
structures of privilege are excluded from the workers' nuclei, if equality,
freedom and solidarity are taken as a guide.

Power corrupts and obstructs the development of the struggle for our rights.
Annoying, no use. With the internal struggles for the privileges imposed by those
who agree to expand their power, the main objectives of the organization are left
aside, the bosses benefit and nothing changes.

So what do we get out of all this? Where it is possible, due to the
organizational structure and daily practice, to have power and privileges, the
development of solidary and democratic organic processes has many obstacles.

If we are aware of this, we can develop our organizational strategy with clarity
and coherence, and explain why we strongly criticize bureaucratic structures,
whatever their intentions.
